Eight short monologues were written for this series in response to the 50th anniversary of the passing of the Sexual Offences Act 1967, which decriminalized homosexual acts in private between two men aged 21 or over.

Sorry, hfolk, but those looked like full episodes uploaded by a 3rd party (unofficial). The official page only has clips right now (when I checked from the US). www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p057t56b

I hope they didn't hire straight actors to do this Here is the cast: Alan Cumming Rebecca Front Ian Gelder Kadiff Kirwan Russell Tovey Gemma Whelan Ben Whishaw Fionn Whitehead I know that Alan Cumming and Russell Tovey are both gay. The others I had to look up. Ian Gelder and Ben Whishaw both opening state they are gay. I don't want to presume anything about anyone else's sexuality, but both Rebecca Front and Gemma Whelan have male partners and have made no mentions of being bi . Fionn Whitehead is single and has made no comment on his sexuality and there is no reference to anything related to Kadiff Kirwan's personal life anywhere. So, four of the men are definitely gay.
