So, I watched the first episode. I was going to write a summary, but then I didn't know how. This is kind of a mix between a summary and almost direct translation. It's a very long, because I didn't know what to exclude. I kept out a few mundane things, but mostly it's all here. I didn't proofread it, so excuse any mistakes! If people are interested I'll try the second one.
The main characters are Sammy, Erez and Talia. Sammy and Erez are partners, and having a baby with Talia. When the episode starts Sammy is trying to reach Erez, because Talia is on the way to the hospital after her water broke. Erez was going into a therapy session so he didn’t answer his phone. Sammy is with two of his friends, Manny and Nissu, collecting things from Talia’s apartment to take to the hospital.
At the hospital Sammy arrives and Talia has yet to be seen by a doctor. Talia is nervous and Sammy assures her that she is not alone. During Erez’s session we find out that he’s unhappy that he needs to depend on a woman to have a child. This is discovered through a dream he had about being in bed with a woman and his therapist. The woman wants him to touch her, but he’s busy starring at his therapist who is sucking himself off. Erez is jealous, because he wishes he could suck himself. It also seems like he’s afraid he’s going to ruin things, because he thinks that it is him who is going to hurt the woman, not the other way around. The Doctor asks how Talia is, and Erez tells him that her water broke. The Doctor tells him to go to the her. He goes.
When Erez arrives at the hospital he apologizes, but Talia says it’s okay, nothings happened yet. She says everything’s okay, that the nurse said the baby will be born healthy even at 37 weeks. The doctor comes and the boys leave. She isn’t dilated at all, and contractions haven’t started. However her water has broken, so there is no way to stop the labor. Erez and Sammy were listening and Erez seems very nervous, and asks if there is any way to stop the labor. Nope! They go to admittance to fill out papers.
At admitting they get in an argument with the woman at the desk, because she refuses to give them both bracelets (which allows them access to the baby after he’s born). The mother and father each get one, and the baby gets two. She asks which is the biological father. Erez says what does it matter biology? They’re both the fathers. She gives them a biology lesson, one sperm and one egg. What math she knows tells her that one and one does not equal three. She explains that she isn’t against it, it’s just the rules. Erez is very upset with the situation, and Sammy tries to calm him. When Talia is wheeled out the woman asks who’s the father, she points to Erez, then says wait both of them. Erez refuses unless his partner also gets one. Talia tells him this isn’t the time for a pride parade. He tells her it’s exactly the time. It’s important for him, for them and everything they’ve done. Sammy and Talia go down to the room to get settled, while Erez stays behind to work out the bracelet issue.
Sammy lights scented candles in the room. He asks Talia if she’s spoken to her parents and she hadn’t yet. Sammy’s friends call and want to come. Talia doesn’t want them there. He tells them not to come. She’s upset that he told people. Him texting annoys her she asks for quiet. Erez comes in and gives them an update on the bracelet situation. He’s still waiting to hear back from the head of the department and his friend Uvi, the spokesman for the mayor. He says that if they don’t get the bracelets they’ll go to another hospital (yeah right!) Talia gets a contraction (to prove my point!) Talia starts rubbing her back and Erez gets uncomfortable. Sammy has Erez grab olive oil (which he brought in the bag) and asks her if she wants Sammy to give her a massage. She says yes, but not her back her perineum. Don’t worry it’s a joke! They clearly thought she was serious. Phone rings, it’s Tali’s sister. She doesn’t want to answer it. She just wants it to be them in the hospital. Another contraction starts, the boys are watching it on the monitor, sushing Talia. She farts. They all laugh. Erez wonders why she doesn’t get an epideral. She wants to feel it, for it to be natural. Erez says he’s going to meet with the director of the hospital. Sammy says if it doesn’t work out just get a bracelet. This makes Erez angry and he walks out. Talia has another contraction.
In the hall Erez is on the phone with Uvi about the bracelets. Erez is saying that as a gay man he (Uvi) has a responsibility. In Tel Aviv in 2012 he shouldn’t be alone in the issue. He says he’ll wait to hear back and hangs up. He helps a little boy tie his shoe. The boy asks why he was shouting on the phone. He says because he’s alone. Sammy comes up behind him and smacks him in the head. Erez’s asks what was that for? Because you’re out here doing this nonsense instead of with us. Erez says he’s helping the boy. The boy says why do you think I’m nonsense. Erez says, exactly!
Back in the hospital room Talia is getting an epidural. She talks to the nurse about the boys. She tells the nurse their story. She was thinking about her biological clock and getting married wasn’t her highest ambition. She met Erez while he was doing reserve duty with her unit. When he told her that he and his boyfriend wanted to have a child together she invited him to her birthday. The nurse asked if they got drunk and she got pregnant. Talia says pretty much. At her birthday they played a game “If she wasn’t in the army than what would she be”. Most people said that she’d be on the police force or in taxes. As a joke, but like it was serious. Erez said she would be a chef. This excited her. She got pregnant at home with a syringe on the first try. And now she’s stuck with them. The nurse had heard many stories of women like her. Some come with parents or siblings. She came with Erez and Sammy. The nurse understands she wants a family. Talia asks if she could arrange it so that they both could have bracelets. She says she’ll try.
The guys are in the hallway, with Erez pushing Sammy. Sammy asks if he thinks she’ll let them see the head come out. Sammy makes faces and says “hello dad and dad” over and over. Erez hopes she doesn’t. He takes Sammy’s hand and wants to go f—k. Sammy is shy about it, because they’re in a hospital. They hear Talia crying out and run to her. She was having a bad dream that the baby was born and wouldn’t stop crying. Erez is annoyed. Talia tells him to go fight about the bracelets, because it’s far less complicated than being there with her. He apologizes, but doesn’t remember marrying her. Sammy tells him to take a walk. Sammy tells Talia that families that allow themselves to fight have a lot more love. Talia says they’re not a family. Sammy is upset (obviously!) He says it’s an attempt. He’s had enough of it. He doesn’t know how she imagined it, but he’s not going to disappear. The bracelet woman comes in and gives him one and says if his boyfriend wants one to come to her. Talia suddenly can’t feel the baby. They called for a doctor.
Outside, Erez is on a bike. Then he’s up against a wall with some guy blowing him. His phone rings. After he finishes he sees texts telling him to get there now. He falls walking back to his bike.
Erez gets back, and they are taking Talia to do a C-section. She doesn’t want one, but they say it’s for medical reasons. She tells the doctor that they guys have no say over what happens to her body. She asks for her sister. She’s upset that it’s not happening the way she had planned. The doctor says the baby is fine, they just need to take him out. Now she’s worried she’ll be a terrible mother. Erez comforts her, saying all the mothers are terrible and so are the fathers. Sammy tells her to listen to him, he gets analyzes 4 times a week. They start laughing. He tells her they wouldn’t have made a child with someone who was terrible. Then Erez reminds her of when he came to her birthday. The food was so good that he thought “there is love here.” He imagined her being a family cook , a cook for a family. Talia’s like, what? Then they take her in for the C-section, and they guys don’t go with her. They wish her luck.
While in the waiting room Sammy asks Erez where he was. He told him he went for a ride on his bike. Sammy asks where he thought he would run to. Erez said far. The doctor comes out with the baby and asks if anyone wants to hold him. Sammy picks up the baby. Erez asks about the baby’s curls, from who does he have curls.
They bring Talia out. Sammy is talking to the baby. Telling him who is fathers and mother are. He goes to kiss the baby, and Erez tells him to stop it’s dangerous because of germs. Sammy sees the cut on Erez’s hand and asks him what happened. He said he fell from his bike because he saw a hot guy across from him. Sammy tells him to stop making eyes all the time..
The guys bring the baby to see Talia. They all sit together on the bed. Fawning over the baby, thanking each other. Erez seems concerned about the hair of the baby, wondering if Talia’s is naturally straight. They take a picture. Then smell something bad. Erez has poop on his shoe. He leaves the room. Sammy takes a photo of Talia and the baby. Then there are previews for the next episode.

No problem! It's good to help me practice my Hebrew! I probably won't be able to do the second summery (or whatever it was!) until the weekend.
