Meanwhile, Holly is hungover and as she's not feeling up to working in the pub, she heads to the toilets for a pick-me-up. Later, she's wired as she listens to Viv's instructions for babysitting. After putting the twins to bed, Holly notices some pills on the shelf, and realising they're Valium, she pops a couple and hearing the door go she quickly pockets them.
On her way home, the Valium is kicking in and as Holly starts to feel drowsy, Aaron realises she's on something and confronts her. She quickly dismisses him, but will Holly get caught out?

From itv presscenter for week beginning 9 Aug
Ryan is terrified as he faces his day in court. Against Natasha's advice Nathan turns up to see his half-brother plead not guilty - but Faye catches him smirking and confronts him, demanding to know what is going on. Cain's guilt for not coming clean about the wallet is made worse when Faye tells him she is having doubts about her son's innocence. Adam is worried about Holly who angrily denies that she has been using drugs again. Leyla gets a visit from her sister Alicia who warns her to stay away from their mother's funeral. Andy's paranoid obsession with Adele intensifies.
Jackson's mother Hazel arrives in the village and Paddy invites them both to stay but Aaron isn't at all happy with the arrangement. Hazel tries to make an effort but is left wondering what Jackson sees in Aaron when he continues to be so rude to her. Jackson himself is frustrated and tells Aaron that he's booking his mother into the B&B and going on holiday - alone.
Things are getting rocky between Paddy, Rhona and Marlon as she finds herself torn between her feelings for both of them. Hannah enjoys spending time with Isaac but feels hurt when she thinks he fancies Victoria.

posted on the "soap scoop" section of DS Coming up in Emmerdale, Jackson delivers some surprise news to Aaron - explaining that Paddy has agreed to let him and mum Hazel (played by Pauline Quirke) stay at Smithy for a while.
Aaron appears less than impressed by the news, and soon quizzes Paddy about why he made the offer.
As Hazel gets to know Aaron, it's not long before she's experienced his moody ways and she starts to wonder what her son sees in the mechanic.
Could the situation cause problems for Aaron and Jackson?  |

According to someone over on DS there is a small article in today's Daily Star about Pauline Quirke's first appearance in the village, which states:
The secrets of Jackson Walsh's mysterious family are set to unravel after the arrival of his mum Hazel Rhodes. An insider states that there is something brewing in Emmerdale and these three are at the centre of it. "It wont be long until the trio are at the centre of some dramatic twists and turns."

So, according to the latest spoilers on DannyMillerFans:
Paddy offers to let Jackson and his mum, Hazel, stay at Smithy Cottage while their flat is being repaired. And Aaron isn’t best pleased. Hazel makes a real effort to get along with Aaron – but when he acts like a surly teenager towards her, she’s confused about what her son sees in him.

Monday 9th August
Aaron mentions his concern about Holly to Adam, who takes it upon himself to search her handbag while she's asleep. She wakes up and catches him, but as Adam confronts her, she's furious at his lack of trust and firmly denies that she is back on drugs.
Thursday 12th August
7pm: Paddy offers Jackson a roof after hearing he's been evicted from his flat;
8pm: Aaron is bemused when Jackson explains that Paddy said it'd be okay for him and mum Hazel to stay at Smithy for a while. As Aaron questions Paddy over why he's agreed to let them stay, Paddy's confused by his reluctance.
Friday 13th August
Hazel is making a real effort with Aaron but questions Jackson about Aaron's surliness. Hazel is left curious as to what Jackson sees in Aaron when he's rude to her. Frustrated, Jackson tells Aaron he's booking his mum into the B&B and going on holiday to give Aaron some space.

Aaron will never change despite the fact he now has a boyfriend. He’s still capable of making terrible decisions and listening to the wrong people. Aaron’s behaviour will ultimately leave it’s mark on his relationship with Jackson - for good and bad.
Soaplife expects : There will be a terrible accident which will be caused by Aaron and will leave Jackson badly injured. The good bit is Aaron will be there for him.
