From a reliable source
Reid isn't hiding that he's gay. In fact, it's Reid who tells Luke that he is gay. They get into an argument, Luke accuses Reid of being a homophobe and Reid says that isn't the case because he's gay too. The fight continues and ends when Luke tells Reid that he's not really as mean as he pretends and that there's an nice guy under all that bluster. Reid is affected by Luke's words.

There's a great interview with Eric Sheffer Stevens (Dr. Reid Oliver) on TVGuide.com today. There are a couple of spoilers in there as well. "A man whose daughter died under Reid’s care comes out of nowhere in the Lakeview lobby and punches him—and keeps punching. It’s a way to get Reid to open up about his past so Luke can get to know him better." "Luke wants to know what this incident is all about and, of course, it takes Reid a while to talk about it. But he does reveal himself a bit, and you see he does care and is very upset when something goes wrong with a patient. For all Reid’s talk and self-promotion—and he apparently is as good a doctor as he says he is—he doesn’t have a 100 percent success rate. And that takes a toll on him. He just doesn’t know how to express it. He doesn’t have the facility to comfort the father or to say, “Listen, I’m really broken up about this,” which is what the father really wants to hear. Reid just allows the dad to beat him up. He allows him to have his grief." Asked how he would feel if Luke and Reid had an affair. "Great! Luke and Noah Split
Luke and Noah share a reluctant goodbye this week, and this time it’s official.
“It’s sad,” sighs Van Hansis (Luke). “But it’s time. They’re done.”
After weeks of arguing and desperately trying to salvage their troubled relationship, they agree that it’s over when Noah admits he can no longer wholeheartedly commit to Luke.
“Luke can’t keep giving everything and trying and trying when he feels Noah’s not trying at all,” explains Hansis.
“They haven’t really been happy in a very long time. I think even before Noah’s accident there was a lot of unhappiness there. They are each other’s first love, so saying goodbye is really hard and I don’t think either one of them necessarily wants to break up, but they can’t keep living their lives together the way it’s going.”
He adds, “Even though they’re broken up, there is still a lot going on between the two of them. It’s not a clean breakup. It’s not like they just shut their feelings off for each other and move on with their lives.”
After the emotional farewell, Luke runs into Reid, who is being attacked by the father of a former patient, who died under the doc’s care. Luke tries to find out what’s going on, but Reid refuses to discuss the situation and lashes out at him.
“There’s not a thaw between them because it’s still very, very rocky, but you’re going to see them get a little more curious about each other,” previews Hansis.
Later, Luke’s surprised when a guilt-ridden Reid arrives at his doorstep and opens up to him. “Luke gets to really know what’s going on and Reid’s real motivation for being a doctor,” says Hansis.
In turn, Luke reveals that he and Noah have called it quits. “Reid and Luke have a very interesting relationship because they’re more similar than they’d like to admit.”
By week’s end, their newfound friendliness is fraught with sexual tension. “It builds pretty quickly,” teases Hansis.

BTW, ATWT is only on Three days next week. Luke and Reid will be on all three days. ;D

These are kind of repeats of some of the previous spoilers, but the last part is new. These are from CBS SID
Luke and Noah break up after Luke asks Noah to make a commitment to him and their relationship and Noah is unable to. Right after, Luke runs into Reid. Luke refuses to tell him he and Noah split. But they are arguing when a man comes up accusing Reid of murder. The man attacks Reid and Luke breaks it up. Luke tries to get Reid to talk to him about it, but Reid refuses. Reid goes to work and yells at the staff while Luke goes home and is comforted by Lucinda. Later, Luke sees someone at the door. He thinks it's Noah, but it's Reid. Reid tells Luke about his patient that died and how he feels guilty about it. Then, Luke tells Reid about his breakup with Noah. Reid gets nasty about it and Luke gets angry. But then, something happens between them that catches them by surprise and it could be the thing that ends Luke and Noah's relationship for good.
