I like them together. I know they're not in love with one another but there are genuine romantic feelings for each other. I think they're sweet. I just wish things were going to be different. *sigh*

I just wish things were going to be different. *sigh* I know. It's such a pity that something drastic has to happen to my dear Kieron. Sighxx. I really can't bear to watch it anymore when that major plot is coming. Darn!! I hate this kind of storyline.

I feel the same way! I was really shocked by that spoiler and for the first time I wished I hadn't read them. It really takes away some of the enjoyment if you know the story is not gonna go the way you wished for.
I love them together; they both deserve to be happy.

I really like the two of them together. But why does John Paul always fall for guys that are hard to get?

Do you agree with kieron when he blames JP of what happened? I mean... does JP use kieron? I think that kieron is angry becouse he wants to stoy with jp... and jp needed to have sex with kieron to realised he really love craig... Does anyone understand a word of what i have said?? What an awfull english!!jajaj

I do sort of agree with Kieron. After what Craig did to John Paul, I'm surprised he'd turn around and do the exact same thing. And he knew about Kieron's calling, and he still emotionally manipulated him (even if it was purely subconscious: "You said you only wanted me"... why tempt if you don't want to risk it or make him break his vow)
However I do think Kieron should have been more careful if his priesthood was that important to him. But I can see how the signals John Paul gives him could have led to him believing John Paul loved him...
and I do think Kieron loves John Paul. He broke his vow to God for him. I think John Paul just hasn't realised how much it actually meant.

Kieron went all the way to break his vows just to get JP by his side but what does he get in the end? A rejection. It's clearly shown that JP wants Kieron and he has been calling shots in this 'relationship'. JP gave signals to Kieron, obviously Kieron thought it is right to follow that. Sighxx. But according to the new spoilers, I find it contradicting. So Kieron only wants JP only if their relationship is kept in the dark? I can't grasp the 'going back and forth' with their relationship and the things they say. I'm getting pretty exhausted. I wish they would have been more clear in what they want. Spare the audience from the agony.

I think Kieron needs to figure out what matters more, his priesthood or his sex-life and then stick with that.
I don't believe that with Kieron's people skills the only thing he can commit to being is a priest. I'm sure he can find some other thing that helps as much and his calling to God could mean so many things!

;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D They're back !!!!!! How they're looking each other.... *sighs* I understand why JP can't deal with a new hidden love, but it's obvious, he'll have to, because he can't stand not being with FK... ;D Can't wait

1 May 2008 Ch. 4 Clip: gaydaytime.blogspot.com/2008/04/hollyoaks-01-05-2008.html=== My thoughts: The Spice Girls moment was great. I enjoyed seeing John Paul & Kieron after such a long drought. They brought longing and good chemistry in their interactions in the clip. Mercy & JP's bitching session about Darren was priceless.

LOL at the Spice Girls' dance. Free promotion for their greatest hits!! (I've owned 4 copies of it) Hahaha. Finally something light after all the drama between JP and Kieron. But it's so awkward to see that they can got back to normal again so fast.

Hmmm - It doesn't matter to me how many times JP and Kieron are on the show, for me to have interest in their current storyline about their mutual love affair with each other. Yet, I do think that's a subject that should be discussed on their thread. ;D About McPriest, I must admit that Jake hendricks is dashing, has the custest smile, gorgeous legs and is doing a good job with the poor material he's getting. Truth be told I have no interest in the McPriest SL, the fact that they are almost never on surely doesn't help.

I have to say that I loved yesterday's clips and not just the JPK parts (which were deliciously sweet by the way, especially after the long extended absence of those two characters having scenes together).

I don't know if you're a member of the JSF forum? If you are, you can watch the screencaps over there? If not: you have a short kiss to look forward to and two really quick kisses. It's really sweet! You're gonna love it...

I really love the latest 2 episodes. It's very genuine in presenting the storyline and how the characters feel. I adore the quiz night, it's really funny. You can already see the chemistry between Kieron and JP getting better and better with each scene. And it's good of Kieron to save JP from the chicken dance forfeit. Not to say how cute both of them look when they did the chicken dance. And the latest episode is amazing!! Even though it irks me a little when I saw Kieron's reaction when JP told him he is ready to take the relationship to the next step but I understand his worries. Kieron just want to take things at his pace, so maybe he wouldn't want everything to go so quickly and have him out to the community. I would like to believe he loves his priesthood but just that he has his human emotions to deal with, so I think he's thinking of why not having the best of both worlds (ie. having JP by his side and still continue being a priest)? And also, I believe he wants to see if JP and him can go long enough and if they are able to, he will be willing to out himself to the community. And it's sweet to see Kieron giving little kisses to JP esp the part after JP told him he missed him like crazy. This shows how madly in love Kieron is with JP. And also the small little secretive peck on JP's lips on the last scene is insanely adorable. I'm glad that things are looking good for now. (But too bad it isn't for long....... ) And I forget to mention, how funny is Kris with his "Some People Are Gay, Get Over It" shirt? He is so good at providing comic relief most of the times.

The scenes with Kieron and John Paul were fabulous. I wish the story had had that type of writing from the start. Those quiet, soft kisses between them before their argument were a more adult type of eroticism than JP has ever had with his boyfriends. Kieron's imaginary confession with John Paul. That moment was so surreal and yet powerful. And Kieron shirtless...I found the moment where he put his collar on to be very hot. Interview with Jake and James at the BSA: www.youtube.com/watch?v=sw4caiCPRa8I love the Cold Case banner. I still think of Jimmy and Coop, one of the greatest gay couples on TV...sigh.

It's such a pity they didn't fully explore Kieron and JP's relationship earlier. Maybe the writers didn't wanna do that since Kieron's main purpose of the show is that particular bad reveal. And if they did explore their relationship completely, viewers will grow attach to Kieron and THAT THING that is gonna happen to him will just cause uproar among the viewers. (That's what I think) YIKES!! Guess we can only enjoy while it last. SOB SOB!! I love the Cold Case banner. I still think of Jimmy and Coop, one of the greatest gay couples on TV...sigh. Thanks. I love that storyline. It's just so sad and yet it's was very poignantly portrayed out. Besides all the loving and wonderful scenes between the younger Jimmy and Coop, I really like the scene between the lead actress and the elder Jimmy. It was really powerful, the words being spoken and said by the lead actress. I still got my chills on whenever I listened to "My Back Pages" by the Byrds.

Part of me is still hoping that won't happen. I know it might be some kind of shock to have 3 gay (or 2 and a half, since Kris is bi) men on a show, but there's so much potential for Kieron they are only finally starting to get into. Everything about those scenes he had in these clips was so...adult and complex. McDean were what got me started on Hollyoaks, but they always seemed very young, lost in a dream world. Kieron is a man and that's a real breath of fresh air. If they just delve into who he is and what he is, instead of only having him show up for a few scenes a month, imagine what he could do. I enjoy Hollyoaks, I really do, but some of the stories make me tear my hair out. This story is one I am starting to really look forward to seeing, and it is a mistake to wind things down when John Paul and Kieron are truly starting to click.
I still watch those Youtube clips of Forever Blue; the moment where their hands touch, or after Coop kisses Jimmy so roughly, and a startled Jimmy grabs him and kisses him back. Or when Coop's father says he isn't a man and Coop says, "I am a man." Then the car scene at the end, and they fade away, finally happy, at peace...
I never expected Chad Everett to be in that type of role but he was heartbreaking as the older Jimmy. You often won't find a crime show which treats gay characters so tenderly.

This story is one I am starting to really look forward to seeing, and it is a mistake to wind things down when John Paul and Kieron are truly starting to click. Well, I'm not living in the UK so I couldn't catch Hollyoaks. And it was actually because of the JP & Kieron's clips that were posted on youtube, that I've managed to know the existence of JP aka the famous gay character of the show. I've tried to back-track on the McDean storyline but it just frustrates me too much that I gave up half-way. And it's so sickening that I've got hooked in looking forward to McHobbs' storyline that now that that freaking spoiler has ruined it for me (it's my fault actually I can't resist spoilers. Haha). I love the interactions between JP and Kieron whether they are friends or lovers. You can feel the genuine feelings between them. I still watch those Youtube clips of Forever Blue; the moment where their hands touch, or after Coop kisses Jimmy so roughly, and a startled Jimmy grabs him and kisses him back. You often won't find a crime show which treats gay characters so tenderly.Precisely, it's quite hard to find TV shows that feature gay storyline in a normal way. And this is properly one of the rarest occasions to make it look normal. Just a forbidden love between 2 lovers even though they are both guys. And it's very well-done because there isn't any hidden message that story is trying to send. No hidden agenda, it's just normal story-telling and I like that. Not to say the actor who is cast as Jimmy is delicious!! Hehhee.
