I have recently went back and watched all the starts of the soap gay couples and I found Tom and Ulli on you tube but only seen part of this story line I know at some point Ollie shows up and begins a romance with tom what happen to Ulli?does anyone know were I can find the rest of the story with English subs? also I noticed with olli and christen they brought Coco back for a few episodes but you never hear Olli talk about Tom I would like to see him come back or hear Olli talk about him Coco hasn't been on the show since Christian broke up with her and she moved to Goa.

After I had last posted in this thread about Tom in these vids, I thought more about the whole Tom/Ulli story. I think Lola pretty much covered this in a post on this same page. Anyway... the story took place nine years ago. Soap production was different (acting/writing/filming) and naturally we're going to look at it as quaint/awkward/dated/unbearable/nostalgic, etc. Times have changed--thankfully. Soap acting is generally better. Same with the writing. We also have more gay couples with whom we can compare Tom & Ulli. I would put them on par with Nuke (to a degree) if only because of the silly melodrama, and Tom's reactions to Ulli being based on which way the wind happens to be blowing. But we have to remember that we're looking at something that happened NINE years ago. Anybody remember what bad music we were listing to back then? Or the bad TV that was on? I liked your comment. But just that in my idea, some music from 10 years ago was quite good if not even better than what we have today. For example, in the 10 anniversary espisode, Tom and Ulli walked passing a singer on the street singing a song from 1999 by Ronan Keating - When You Say Nothing At All, which was an all-time hit. On Youtube, a video of this song has over 16 millions hits. In Tom/Ulli's episodes VL used lots of soundracks just as good as this one. They were not bad at all. Styles change with time but a change is not always better, most of the time it's just being different. Just wanted to put a this as a sidenote here. When I watched the episode where Oliver proposed to Christian, I immediately recognized the background music was the same once they used previously in one of most important moments of the Tom and Ulli's story, their first time together on the Millennium Eve. VL does like to recycle not only the storylines but the music. The song is No Surprises by Radiohead. It's starting from 7:50 in this Video... ...and starting from the beginning in this video. Thankfully, there are lots of old stuffs that are not only good but classic... Tom and Ulli's story is one very good example.
