The text that goes with the pictures says that Kris (Olivia), Joscha (Sebastian) and Jo just decided to spend their lunch break setting a fire next to the parking lot and have their lunch there. Thore spied them from the wardrobe and ran dow to join them. It kinda reads like a fanfiction (albeit one without plot). BTW, it says "Thore throws on his leisure time clothes"? Ha! I read that too quickly as them setting fire to the parking lot. Might be time for more coffee. Fanfiction without a plot... so, like AWZ and ATWT?

How much do I love this picture? It's like a German Abercrombie & Fitch ad. And what's in that tube? What is it about Germans that they love molesting each other with sausages? ROFL Sheepie! Love that shirt on Thore. And Amber, "Sebastian" does look much better. He's quite sexy when he loses the perma-scowl.

Yeah, I had to double check the starspage for a name to face match! He looks quite hunky without the scowl and combed-down hair. Since this was a quick break between scenes, maybe his look will match this more? Look at Thore doing the muscle-man hold on the poor guy heh. Mighty handsome Of course, Jo looks handsome regardless of what he's doing and you know how I feel about Kris---so beautiful. Nice quick-fix for those of us in Ollian withdrawal! Thanks! Geoff

Looks like mustard to me too... The piece on the site was a nice read; sounded like fan fiction indeed! ;D (Ok, without a plot.) And I was wondering about the cloths too; it was mentioned indeed that Thore changed into his leisure time clothes (Thanks for learning me a new word Lola! ;D), but this shirt is definitely Christian's. Maybe they borrow the clothes sometimes? I read somewhere that Van (Hansis) does the same thing. Anyway, he looks hot in it!

An Abercrombie & Fitch ad would have at least one of the guys without a shirt, if not both Jo and "Sebastian." That would have been nice. Mustard comes in a tube like that in Germany? Interesting. It comes in plastic or glass bottles here, at least generally. Good tomato paste comes like that, otherwise it looks more like an oil paint tube to me. I rather doubt they are assaulting him with a sausage and a tube of paint, however. Mustard makes sense, just wouldn't really have thought of mustard in that sort of packaging.

But Restenergy is right, there should be more shirtless guys to look like an A&F ad. ;D Of course, Jo looks handsome regardless of what he's doing Very good indeed, this is what I call a sensible sentence...

MMMMMMM, mustard.

Maybe it's a side effect of the German love for sausage (who usually always go with mustard). Because tube means that you can easily carry it around everywhere. Though technically, as a non mustard eating person myself, mustard for me mainly shows up during barbecue and sometimes during breakfast.
May I ask, since you get your mustard in jars, does that mean you often smear your mustard on something? Because we usually use it for dipping.

Sandwiches, hots dogs, bread, hamburgers... at least for me. As long as I have mustard I can go without other condiments. ;D I am sure I am missing other American foods that people put mustard on.

Many of the labels claim they are from Germany or Europe. Or, at the very least, inspired from those in the former. I can't live without mustard. Of all kinds. And, apparently, we have access to those from all over the World, should you believe the advertisements. I've no doubt you'd shake your head in disdain over the various jars claiming German heritage. But you see, putting it in a tube means that it's easier to draw a mustard smiley face on things Err, I think this probably makes us officially way off topic. BTW, Vl completionists, have you ever heard of the band called Bloodhound gang? Over here they had some success with the songs Bad Touch ("You and me, baby, let's do it like they do it on the discovery channel!") and Along comes Mary ("The roof, the roof, the roof is on fire"). The actress who plays Sarah plays the bass player in real life and so they invited him over for a guest stint and you can see a behind the scenes video. They actually look really cute and he mostly speaks English. Nothing on our guys though.

Speaking as a Musician? The market worked it's will. That has got to be the worst band I have ever heard---including the recent garage-grunge bands with their chromatic hemi-demi-semi-quaver thrash-o-matic, eternal guitar finger-flying scales. It's horrible. It will always be horrible. I hope this style of music dies---umm, like, right now. Forever. er, Eternally. Did I mention I hate this crap? Oh, yeah, guess I did. Make Mine RUSH! Or, if you don't have a RUSH CD, for the GODS sake, put on some Tull or Kansas! Geoff ;D

You forget that Germans love trash Yikes, I hope I didn't come across too harshly on that band (or others like those)! To each, his/her own. It's enough that someone likes it---regardless of my own likes/dislikes. I realize I'm sorta snobby with my musical preferences. I'll try to do better. *puts on some RUSH and meditates* ;D Geoff

Thanks lola and amber for answering my question about the tube. Mustard in a tube does sound really convenient. But mustard at breakfast? And I thought toothpaste and orange juice were a bad mixture. Can't begin to imagine toothpaste and mustard! I America our "regular" yellow mustard comes in squeeze bottles like this: So it's easy to draw faces with the tip. Our "fancy" (various European styles) mustard tends to come in jars like this: Bonobochick, I don't know what else mustard goes on, but it's often in potato salad and of course honey mustard salad dressing. Yum. And thanks for the clip, Lola. It was really ... unexpected. The idea of that band and VL intersecting is really mind boggling. The 2 songs you mentioned were, I think, their only hits over here. I wonder how on earth they got together as a couple? Anyway, the clips look like they are part of the "WTF happened to Sarah's hair?" episode.

This site claims that the yearly Verbotene Liebe calendar will come out August 1st. The picture on there is of the 2008 version, this is the 2009 version. I'm a bit confused, I have seen pictures on the websites of actors that suggest that they shoot actual photoshoot pictures for the calendar, but this one looks like it is/was just episode pictures?

What about the pictures of the Cologne Gay Parade that Jake posted? I must say that the guy in the blue shirt looks very much like Jo, whereas I can't be so sure about the girl next to him, who is supposed to be Katrin. As for Thore, I really can't see him anywhere... Btw, welcome on the forum Jake, and thanks for the pics!

If I recognize his monster hands, he's the guy in the back with the shirt saying: I'm Okay.
Geoff
PS: keep forgetting. Why is that banner or sign in English? PPS: Never mind, I see other signs in other languages...multi-cultural. Got it.

I definitely see Jo and I'm 99% sure on the actress who plays Judith. It really would make sense that the third is Thore, but I can't make out the face.
I like the silvery palm trees on the side of the bus! They're very Hollywood.
