Ugh! How dare Beni slap Iago!? Max will be furious. Max and Iago will have to move out and get their own place.

I agree. However, I don't think it will be for awhile. There is too much drama and angst that could happen with Max and Iago living with Beni.

When I saw the clip, I was furious. How dare Beni slap Iago AND call him a B*stard!

I would like to know how Max finds out about the "big row".

How many think Iago will be the one to tell him?

Personally, I don't think he will be the to do it. I don't think he wants to be the one to come between Max and Beni. However, Beni is too stupid to see it!

Clara witnessed it, so she could be the one to tell Max.

Or, Max sees the bruise on Iago's cheek and asks him about it. . .in front of Beni. Iago's silence and glances at Beni. Beni's dagger stares back at Iago will be all the clues Max needs.

Max is very protective of Iago. . .Max's reaction is not going to be pretty! GO MAX!

Completely agree with you, Simone and Loahlove. How dare Beni do something like that, forgetting that not long ago he was in prison too, it seems that now that he had money and a position he forgot where he come from and apparently forgot also that he always had a big heart. After all he has been through Iago doesn't deserve to be treated like that, it really makes me mad, can't wait to see Max reaction on tuesday!

I'm sure other people saw Beni slap Iago since it happened on the street. I wonder what Max will do. I know that he will be mad as hell.

Can somebody explain to me who Beni is exactly? What is his connection to Max and Iago?

Beni is Max's father.
Last series he was in prison, even if innocent, and at the start of this season, the 8th, he did odd jobs and he was a really naive but heartwarming person. Then a Commercial Agency noted him and hired him cause he has a direct and strange way to say things that catch the attention and so now he has money and a great job, the downside of it all is that he changed a lot, in the worst way, he talks only about money and his great job and all the clients he had.
If you're wondering Clara is Max's mother, but the foster mother, Max's real mother has died in prison and it was there that she met Clara and Berta, Iago's mother.

I'm still simmering with rage for today's episode, frankly it's a relief seeing Max so angry! It's what Beni deserve.

It's funny that Max mentions going live with K. I was thinking the same thing, when I thought of the possible places they could live before going out on their own.

Going with K and the others was a very solid possibility, giving the fact the Okupe have already helped Iago & Max other times. For a place of their own is still too early, Max has no time to spare from his university studies and Iago has just started a new job.
And keep in mind that now Beni is involved with Ivan who want Can Sarrò for his own purposes and now Max will live there... it really arises intesting plot threads!

I'm so sad by the lack of spoilers about Max & Iago, I hope the writers let us know something soon.

This news really sucks but I hope that even if they're not featuring in official spoilers, they will be in some episodes, above all when the storyline concerns Can Sarrò and Ivan schemes

I have to be on before May 6! I'm going to be going through Max and Iago withdrawal. . .not a pretty sight . . .LOL

JMO, but I think something bad is going to happen. . .and Max and Iago are going to be right in the middle of it. Iago taking the brunt if it. . .thanks to Beni's greed.

Just a possible storyline (or fanfiction, if anyone is interested) idea. Beni is in over his head with Ivan, and Iago discovers it. Iago risks his freedom, a good life and Max's love and trust for Beni. He is not doing it for Beni, but for Max. Iago knows deep down how much Max loves Beni and would be hurt if anything bad happened to him.

However, if Iago got in trouble, would Beni help him out or let him take the fall? That is where the drama begins!

It is disappointing that Max and Iago aren't in the official spoilers. I see, Iago going Beni's aid as well. More trouble for Iago and Max, ugh.

Well at least not in the general spoilers. For example today they were on for less than a minute when K explained to them how the things worked in Can Sarrò. My guess is that they will be probably in the background being part of some other story till they gain again a front row (soon I hope!) If Alejandro or Inakixtu75 will post a clip, I'll post the link as usual.

I have been thinking about the fortune teller's prediction and think that maybe Iago will do something to save Beni that will make Max think that Iago has gone back to his criminal ways and he will dump Iago. Max and Iago will be apart for awhile until the truth comes out.

I'm really sad for the lack of Max & Iago screentime, they are dedicating so much to Ivan & Eli storyline right now, I like them but I'd rather prefer the writers don't completely forget Max & Iago.

"Basically, people from the forum of "El Cor" have been asking for more scenes of Max/Iago, hoping the message will get to the writers/directors of the series. Here Marc says he will try to bring those requests to the new director of TV3. At least I THINK that's what he says! "
