EPISODE 21922nd February 2013 Summary: Tensions run high as Sami, Rafe, Nick and Will await word about Gabi, who has gone into premature labor. Sami calls Lucas with the news, and he rushes over with Kate. Sonny arrives soon after, having overheard. Will is grateful for Sonny's presence, and they grow close. Sonny and Will retreat to the coffee house. Sonny stumbles upon Will's undelivered Valentine's Day card. Seeing that it's addressed to him, Sonny reads it and is stunned to learn how Will really feels... just as Will walks back into the room. They lock eyes. Courtesy of

Summary: At the coffee house, Sonny is moved when he reads Will's touching Valentine's card. Will is a bit embarrassed, believing Sonny is with Brian now. Sonny makes it clear that Will is the man he truly loves. They reconcile and go back to Will's dorm to make love. Will first tells Sonny he has something important he needs to tell him. After he confides his secret, the two make love. Later, Nick pounds on the door, demanding to speak with Will.

EPISODE 22126th February 2013 Summary: Nick barges in on Sonny and Will, who have just made love. Despite Will's assurances that he can control Sami, Nick is convinced his mom is still going to hurt Gabi and the baby. Therefore, he wants Will to give up his parental rights. When Will balks, Nick says he'll prove him an unfit father in court. Sonny is horrified by Nick's homophobia. Nick sidesteps the issue, revealing he has concrete evidence that Will shot EJ! He threatens to bring the truth out into the open, putting everyone Will loves in a terrible position. And if Will says a word to Gabi, Nick swears the truth will come out anyway. Will is devastated. EPISODE 22228th February 2013 Summary: Sami worries about Nick's earlier threat to deny her and her family access to Gabi's baby. She confides in Lucas and wonders if Nick has something he can use against one of them. Lucas' mind immediately goes to the blackmail threat he got about Will. Lucas doesn't share his fears with Sami, but seeks out his son. Will confirms Nick knows all about him shooting EJ and is prepared to use it against him if he doesn't give up his rights to the baby. Incredulous Lucas asks Will if he's actually thinking of going along with Nick's demand. Will would clearly love a different solution but right now there doesn't appear to be one. Courtesy of

Summary: Nick sends Will a text, telling him they need to settle this once and for all. Will tells Lucas and Sonny he wants to turn himself in for shooting EJ but they talk him out of it. After he receives the text from Nick, they meet up with him at the hospital. Nick points out how Will's daughter would be better off without him and his family in her life. A notary shows up with papers, and Nick demands Will sign over his rights to his baby.

EPISODE 2244th March 2013 Summary: As Sami, Sonny, Lucas and EJ watch, Nick pressures Will to sign the papers renouncing his parental rights. If he doesn't sign, Nick vows to reveal Will shot EJ all those years ago. While Will is prepared to go to prison, he also knows his loved ones will be implicated in the cover up. In the end, a devastated Will signs the papers. In private, Sonny tells Will he believes the real reason Nick doesn't want him near the baby has nothing to do with Sami - he thinks it's because Will is gay. Courtesy of

Summary: Sonny finally convinces Will that Nick's earlier position that the three of them could work out amicable arrangements for the baby was all an act. Nick is a homophobe who doesn't believe gay people should be raising children. Will is alarmed that he's been duped and arranges to meet Nick and confronts him. Nick admits it's true - he didn't want Will near the baby because he's gay. Meanwhile, Sonny vaguely tells Kate he hopes he'll be able to help Will. Kate wonders if there's something going on with her grandson.

EPISODE 227 11th March 2013 Summary: Sami meets up with Lucas and tells him the plan she's cooked up to help Will. She needs Lucas' help to pull it off. They go to the police station and sneak into an old evidence room. They are forced to hide when Rafe enters. He senses something is not quite right but leaves before finding them. Lucas and Sami finally find the evidence the police collected years earlier that could implicate Will in EJ's shooting. EPISODE 228 12th March 2013 Summary: Rafe catches Lucas and Sami in the Salem PD evidence room. He assumes they are looking to dig up dirt on Nick. He doesn't realize that they are there to destroy any evidence linking Will to EJ's shooting. Rafe lets them off with a warning, and later Sami and Lucas regroup, bemoaning the fact that Nick can still blackmail Will into giving up his parental rights. After Lucas leaves, Sami starts to suggest to EJ that they tell Rafe what Nick is doing. EJ strongly points out they cannot trust Rafe to protect Will. Courtesy of

EPISODE 229 13th March 2013 Summary: Will is determined to stop Gabi from marrying Nick, both for Gabi's sake and the sake of their child. Will intends to tell her about Nick's blackmail but Sonny points out it will not only get Will sent to prison, but his loved ones will get in trouble, too. Undeterred, Will heads over to spill the beans to Gabi and learns she's marrying Nick the next day. Ultimately, he decides to keep quiet. Will later realizes he's going to have to come up with a convincing lie to explain why he gave up custody of his daughter. Courtesy of

Summary: Nick learns from Gabi that Will stopped by the previous night and wanted to tell her something important, then backed off. Nick calls Will and demands to meet with him. Will admits to Nick he was going to inform Gabi she's marrying a blackmailer and a homophobic jerk. Nick warns Will never to try turning Gabi against him again. Later, astonished Will tells Sonny that Nick seems to think he's doing the right thing. Will confides to Sonny he's planning to tell people he's giving up his rights to his baby because he wants her to have a stable environment.

Summary: It's Nick and Gabi's big day, and Caroline gives Gabi the something old she needs. Later, Nick tells Rafe he will do everything to love and protect and honor his little sister. The justice of the peace arrives, and Nick and Gabi are married. While Nick is on cloud nine, he has no idea his former prison-mate, Vargas, has just been released.

Summary: Eric and Hope take Vargas to the pub for lunch - and the ex-con sees Gabi and finds out that she is Nick's newlywed. Hope goes up to Gabi's room and reaches out to Nick, asking him to get counseling to deal with his time in prison - and he reluctantly agrees. Later, Gabi wants to share their joy with Will, and Nick is forced to reveal that Will has renounced his rights to their child.

Summary: EJ reaches out to Sonny, trying to enlist him to help persuade Will to sink to Nick's level to regain his place in his daughter's life. Meanwhile, Sami pushes Will to consider using Stefano to make the evidence and the recording implicating him in EJ's shooting disappear. Later, Gabi confronts Will about giving up their child - will he tell Gabi the truth about Nick?

Summary: Nick gets into it with Sonny, who confronts him about his homophobia. Nick finally explodes in rage, calling Sonny a f*g**t. They come to blows, but Nick quickly backs off, fearing Sonny is trying to goad him into doing something that will wreck his parole. Meanwhile, Will admits to Gabi that he is torn apart over giving up his little girl. Gabi assures Will that she still wants him to be part of their daughter's life. Will questions whether she has run this by her husband. Gabi is sure Nick is on board, but Will disagrees. Later, Sonny comforts upset Will.

Summary: Sonny is shocked to see Kate and Rafe together. He runs out, and Kate and Rafe try to stop him. Earlier, Will tells him mom he wants Nick out of the way. Sami says in order to make that happen, Will must repair his relationship with Stefano. Meanwhile, Sonny vaguely confides in Justin about Will's situation, but doesn't tell him the whole story. Justin then offers legal help to Will if necessary. Will thanks Justin but notes his problem may go away. Later, Sonny runs into Will, and it looks like he's going to tell him about Kate and Rafe.

Summary: Will and Sonny arrive at the coffee house. Kate pulls Sonny aside to ensure his silence, while Rafe talks to Will about giving up his rights to the baby. Earlier, Sonny's close to telling Will about what he saw between Rafe and Kate, but they're interrupted by Lucas. Later, when Will presses about what Sonny was about to say, Sonny covers for them, also Will purposefully doesn't tell Sonny about his intention to enlist Stefano's help to go after Nick.

Summary: Gabi thanks Hope for getting Nick to agree to talk to a therapist about his time in prison. Meanwhile, Nick continues to be haunted by what happened but puts up a good front for Gabi and Hope. Vargas is visited by Hope, who warns him Eric has a lot riding on Vargas' rehabilitation. Later, Nick is horrified when he runs into Vargas - who looks very menacing with a wrench in hand.

Summary: EJ drops by the rectory and meets Vargas. Nick, having been summoned by Vargas, has to hide to avoid being seen. Once EJ leaves, Vargas informs Nick he's about to get his hands on the money Nick made for him in prison. He wants Nick to use the money to make him even wealthier.

Summary: Kate visits Gabi and draws out of her that Nick is the one who pushed for Will to give up his custody rights - but Gabi assures Kate she intends to allow Will to be a part of his baby's life. Kate is pleased - and then produces legal documents for Gabi to sign to ensure just that.
