For me, a true depiction of some kind that Will is interested in boys (men actually) is the ONLY thing that will convince me he's "playing for the other team." Being a virgin (key word: VIRGIN) and asking his girlfriend whether or not he was good in the sack is an honest and typical question of even a straight guy. Especially one who is as shy and unsure of himself as Will is. I'm waiting for the actual proof because I've yet to see it. |

Thank you! It emphasizes my point of Will being unsure of himself. First time virgin sex is never expected to be good in most cases. This was Will's first time and he wanted to know if his girl enjoyed it. He's supposed to be gay based on this? I don't think so! Show me that he's interested in MEN, then I'll believe. |

I look at things from where I think the writers are going and not where they may be at the time. I believe that Will will be the gay character (even though the scene before with Chad makes me want it to be him because of the Dimeara/Kiriakis feud being front and center and he and Sonny would be a great Romeo and Romeo story). Either one could be matched with Sonny. If it's Will, it reminds me very much of a dutch soap character (Edwin) who had no idea he was gay, at least consciously, and even though there were signs (he kissed Lucas who was openly gay) he chose to deny them and immediately got close to a girl who had always wanted him. He went through the motions, resisted sex at first but eventually did, and wanted to know how he performed, and was very happy that she said he was great. That made him proud and satisfied for he now knew he could do the "normal thing." For awhile, he was a pretty good bf, and was always kissing her in public (especially when Lucas was around) and having sex with her. He thought he could continue being "normal" until the very persistent Lucas finally wore him down and he no longer denied the truth. He was gay and Ludwin are now a great couple. I don't know what will happen of course, just have a feeling something similar will happen to Will. His reluctance to be intimate with Gabi could have been because he was a virgin or he doesn't want to risk an unplanned pregnancy. But IMO when he says something about swearing to never hurt her, that's immediate to me that he will hurt her like she's never ever been hurt before, and I think him being gay will be the reason. IMO. I absolutely could be wrong, actually hope that I am, because I more and more want it to be Chad and Sonny, if the show does a gay story at all. |

And it would echo his previous concern that he doesn't ever want to hurt her, so I think it would be significant. I guess it's hard to view Will as gay when he's having sex with a woman, but let's not forget why they're suddenly having sex after Will was happy with not doing it for so long. And we don't know what will happen between Sonny and Will at the baseball game. Maybe a foul ball will be hit into the stands. Will and Sonny both leap for it and they end falling on top of each other, Will's face just inches from Sonny's. They stare at each other, startled by a sudden mutual revelation of deep desire. A moment later it becomes awkward and they return hastily to their seats. We see that Will remains troubled and confused. In the car after the game, they both reach for the radio dial at the same time and their hands touch. They look at each other and in a flash they're upon each other like two rabid wild animals released from suffocating cages. Shirts get ripped off, seats get pushed back and tongues frantically intertwine! Hey, it can happen!  |

LOL Hawthorne you are so freakin funny.I love to see that happen but it's not happening.Just like Will/Gabi having sex the audience doesn't get to see it either.I sure wouldn't want to see it because they both have zero chemistry

Yeah, the preview clip doesn't give anything away about the potential storyline IMO. Could go either way.
If this follows the Edwin GTST template, Will could seemingly enjoy sex with Gabi for awhile then later say it "didn't feel right."
Big difference of course is that Sonny is nothing like Lucas, who stayed on Edwin's trail like a bloodhound. If WillSon do get together, it will be interesting to see who initiates what. They're both so polite it's hard to predict one way or the other.
I would definitely vote for Hawthorne's car sex scene. That would rock! ;D ;D

hmm... just thought.... Will has grown up watching his parents get screwed over by their partners over and over. He's hated it and bitched a lot about it. Now here he is, in the new future, screwing over Gabi. He's going to turn out to be exactly what he hates.

I don't think Will set out intentionally set out to hurt Gabby I think the main reason why he slept with her is because he felt pressured into doing it.Maybe he's questing his sexuality?

Depends on how the story is written. He could end up getting caught kissing Sonny or caught having sex with Sonny. But I think more likely, we will see him realize that he's gay. He will try to be str8 but will fail (which dayscafe has written - link below). There is no knowing what will happen during the time he figures he's gay but tries not to be.
