I'm worried about this spoiler: Sami recieves upsetting news. Please god don't led Gabi be pregnant! At least the spoiler about Will is comforting. It means he's probably gay, and we'll see it all unfold soon. I don't think it has anything to do with Gabi. I can't find the link now, but I think I read somewhere that Sami's upsetting news is that she is pregnant. Which is upsetting because, based on the timing, "The Creature" is probably the father.

What spoiler about Will? It's the one from Days Cafe (Spoiler Buzz). You can find it here on TGoDT under Days of our Lives - Spoilers Only. Oh LOL I posted that one in that thread. I thought it was a new one. Thanks for clarifying.

I think she means the one listed under the Updated August 1 section here. That's the site that requests that you only link to their page. Yes! That's the spoiler I meant. Sorry for the confusion. I was kinda scared writing anything about it, since only linking to it is allowed. I'm worried about this spoiler: Sami recieves upsetting news. Please god don't led Gabi be pregnant! Ugh.. Sami.. WTF?!?! she does not need another kid. She has 4 already and she isn't even a good mom. She just uses them to her advantage. Ugh These writers won't give Nicole a miracle baby, and she would be a gret mom, but they don't mind giving SAMI of all people another baby?!?! WTF is wrong with these writers? I'm glad it doesn't have anything to do with Gabi though. I will seriously stop watching if she ends up pregnant, or if she is pregnant then please let her lose the kid. FFS.. the pregnancy storylines are boring as hell. And I don't want Gabi to be pregnant, because of Will's coming out. Yes, I know it happens. I know gay guys father kids before they come out. I still don't want it to happen on Days.

Why do they keep making Sami pregnant out of rape? Enough! The Creature was such a disgusting slimeball and, even though I don't like Sami, the thought of her being pregnant with his child makes me ill. Please God let this be one of the stories that the new writers wrapped up in the weeks leading up the "New/Old Days". Miscarriage, false positive, abortion, whatever ... just make it go away. Sami does not need another kid (I still think it was a big mistake to give her Sydney) and certainly not with her rapist.
As far as Gabi being pregnant, I don't think they will go there. I really don't feel the American soaps are "ready" to show gay men parenting a child. Sure, OLTL gave Kish their daughter Sierra Rose, but we all saw how well that worked out for them. The very instant they received custody of the baby, they were offscreen. At least Fish and Kyle were of "parenting" age. Unlike Will and Sonny, who are both teenagers. Will, please remember where unprotected sex landed your parents and WRAP. IT. UP. I did feel a twinge of concern when I read the spoiler about him and Gabi doing it again and again. B&B recently had a plot where multiple sex encounters in the same night led to pregnancy because they reused the condom or something.

justinate I don't believe Sonny is a teenager. I think he is about twenty. How anyone could believe for one second that Gabi would get pregnant because Rafe and Sami were talking about having a child together is beyond me.
As for Sami ending up pregnant by the creature, doubtful. She'll probably have a false alarm. I also don't see her and Rafe having any kids together anytime soon.

Well, I read the day-ahead recap from DaysCafe. Rafe really goes off on Will when he discovers he's got a condom in his wallet, but he's called away on police business so he can't stop Will and Gabi going to the hotel room Will's booked for the night. After snuggling together on the bed to watch a horror film, Will and Gabi start making out. Meanwhile, his great-aunt Maggie dies on the operating table and nobody bothers to inform him. Typically, Maggie's daughters and grandson cannot be reached. Sonny is also in this episode, supporting his great-uncle Victor.

I knew his actions were going to be that of an asshole. Gabi is eighteen years old and he has nothing to say if she wants to sleep with Will. As for Maggie "dying." I hate when spoilers make it seem like her dying on the operating table is a permanent thing when we all know it isn't.

I for one wish DOOL would just come out and confirm one way or the other If It will be Will or not all this back and forth gets tiring For me If this has all been just a ploy to get viewers and Will turns out not be Gay and it happens to be Tad I will stop watching this is just my option

Far be it for me to be able to determine what's reliable and what isn't, but I can see this going either way, actually. This could be a ploy to do a little backtracking since they "let the cat out of the bag" a long time ago (thanks to Camila Banus) that Will would be gay and probably wish they had kept it more under wraps. Or, the writers might very well be on the fence, which might explain why we've not gotten any seriously indicative scenarios of Will's presumed gayness. They are still trying to decide: Will it be Will, will it be T, will it be Chad, will it be someone new? The few responders to the article all seem to despise the notion of Will being gay though. LOL.

I'm going to give it 48 hours before I decide whether they're backtracking on Will being gay or not. I have to say though, with each passing day, I wish to God I'd taken my own advice about not becoming invested in WilSon. Gah! I guess I'll only have myself to blame if it doesn't pan out. On the plus side, here's Will in the sneak peek for tomorrow, looking VERY handsome in that shirt! He is soooo pretty. Can't blame those women for bemoaning the possibility that he's gay. www.youtube.com/watch?v=pSjjSsrNAb4

Yeah, there's the typical assortment of negative comments over in that about.com article.
I don't know whether Will will end up being gay or not. I don't know whether Sonny will end up with a love interest any time soon, though I would imagine he will get one eventually (considering DOOL is a soap). I'm not really invested in a Will/Sonny pairing, unlike some of you appear to be, so I'm content to see how things play out. I'm taking all of these statements surrounding Will's sexuality (either way) with a huge pile of salt.

I knew it. They are gonna cut the story. I know they were planning on doing it for a long time but must've backed out. I for one am not very proud of the show that I have been loyal to for 25 years.

I refuse to freak out over anything.
What's going to happen is going to happen and like I said before we'll find out once the new writing kicks in on the 22nd.
The only reason I'm still watching Days is because of this storyline and I love the actor who plays Sonny. And if they punk out and don't do right by him or Will then I will do what I had planned on doing before I found out about this sl, which is to stop watching.
No harm, no foul. It ain't even that serious.

I just watched the fall preview of DOOL. It's at 11:40 in this clip: www.khq.com/category/212743/newsbreaksA lot of footage from the big event for the launch of the New/Old Days: the opening of Horton Town Square. It's a big party with all the cast present. Will is partnered with Gabi and Sonny is alone. Marlena returns with John, only for him to be arrested. Will's aunt Carrie and uncle Austin return together. Abby's father Jack turns up to quash the romance between her mother and Daniel. EJ declares his intention to run for mayor. And Victor proposes to Maggie.

Thanks for the link, justinate.
I already knew about all of this way before now. And Sonny being alone is not a surprise either, like I said I'll wait for the new writing to kick in and we see how things are going to unfold.

There are a couple of VERY quick shots of Will/Gabi in the group scenes. I can't be 100% sure it's him, but the guy has Chandler's blond hair and is standing with Gabi. Sonny is seen quite clearly, although it's another very quick shot, when Victor proposes to Maggie.

There seems to be so much on the horizon for returning characters come September that I just can't imagine the very innocent Will/Sonny storyline even getting any attention. EJ running for mayor just makes me wonder once again if Chad might be the prize. The mudslingling of someone finding out that there's a gay DiMera in the ranks. What would EJ and Stefano think? EJ would see it as damaging and embarrassing to his campaign and Stefano would see it as an embarrassment to the family dynasty.
