I don't know, if Will is attracted to Gabi and enjoys sex with her, surely he's not gay? Bisexual at best (. I think its rather possible... and quite realistic. Every guy takes his own journey when it comes to realizing his sexuality. I can imagine Will enjoying sex with Gabi and thinking its pretty cool. I believe he's a virgin so he's got limited experience. Now when things start rolling with Sonny it's possible Will will be blown away by his experience with a guy. And then he'll say to himself: "It was fine with Gabi but Holy crap... with Sonny,,, this is how it's meant to be... all the pieces of the puzzle are together and it finally makes sense". I've never been with a girl but I believe and I'm totally in the minority among gay men and how they came out. |

I do like that Sonny is involved with the Kiriakis/DiMera war and has a life outside of being gay. My complaint is not about him or his story. It is about Will and Gabi. I don't like that they are going in this direction with absolutely no indicators of Will being gay. If they are going to portray Will and Gabi as soulmates with an awesome sex life, then Will coming out anytime in the near future will be very, very unrealistic to my eyes. I don't expect him to go "yeah, this isn't working for me, so I'm going to go make out with a dude instead". Of course not. That would be the other extreme. Maybe he doesn't understand WHY it's not satisfying him. But he should know or at least guess there is something lacking in his relationship with Gabi.
Anyway, back on topic, here's the gist of Monday's episode. No Will, but Sonny continues to be involved in the DiMera/Kiriakis war. A suspicious Brady finally agrees to a truce with EJ, as Sonny and Chad look on in astonishment. Too bad everything is shot to hell a few moments later, when Victor informs Brady that Maggie's been shot by Stefano's man. Brady rails at EJ for what he believes was a setup all along. Brady and Sonny rush to the hospital while EJ confronts his father. Stefano sends the shooter out of the country. Victor and Brady decide the war is back on, with Sonny listening.

So kudos to Days for being really brilliant in their storytelling this time. Well Pru.. I think I'm going to reserve judgement until more evidence comes in on connecting the word "brilliant" with "Days of Our Lives"...  |

Well, Dusky, they gets major props from me because I've seen really, really, bad storylines that were just ASS! The horror alone was just unbelievable. So trust me when I say they are being brilliant so far and it's shocking since this is still DH's writing. Just wait till we get the new writers stuff onscreen. |

justinate, I read the recap for Monday's show and I blame BOTH Victor and Stefano for this.
They both should have listened to Brady and EJ and stayed out of it. But oh no, Stefano just could not take EJ at his word and Victor tipped off Stefano by trying to smooth things over when there was no need.
I wonder what Sonny is going to think about everything.

Brought over from General discussion. No, the DA is going to try to use Sonny to his advantage to get a leg up on Kiriakis' ... ie: Victor. And the DiMeras are bound to become intertwined in it somehow. The DiMera/Kiriakis angle is set to continue and Sonny will no doubt get help from his handsome buddy Chad as they both do battle with DA douchebag together. That's my take. I'm not sure there is time to get real deep into that, if it happens. We know, towards the end of Sept, the new writers material will begin and we know from hints from Deidre and Drake that something big happens that brings them to town, which Salem will be centered around. After that, it could happen but I think that's when Will will begin to have thoughts about his sexuality. |

I thought when you disclosed that they rewrote three weeks worth of shows it meant we were seeing some of that now. Are you saying that we're not? Cuz if so, color me stunned that Dena Higley actually wrote something decent.

August 19 is apparently the first day of the re-written stuff. August 19 is the last episode of Higley. August 22 is when the re-written Higley episodes start. September 26 is when the Thomas/McPherson original work starts to air. |

Cathy and I are keeping up to date on our club page in Facebook so its good to know. On a lighter note.. only wish we could have seen the baseball game with sunny and will.  now that would have been awesome banter and seen a good interaction with those 2 |
