He is such a cutie. However, something I look at him and he reminds me of some of the girls I went to school with, who wore dark baggy sweaters because they were a bit overweight and had the same kind of shaggy stringy hair  He is a real sweetie though. |

When do you think Max realized he was in love with Iago?
Was there a specific moment?

I'm not sure if there is a specific moment, but I could point to the moment when Max caught Iago stealing a car and he was obliged to go with him and after scolding and arguing with him there was an intense star and then a kiss. I think Max's feelings were already oriented towards love, at that time he knew already Iago was a thief and a deliquent but he couldn't help himself but to be with him.

valso, I just posted something similar about when Max fell in love with Iago on the Iago thread. Great minds! I think Max fell in love with Iago when he was worrying about the missing Iago. The kiss in the stolen car was an affirmation of Max and Iago's love for each other despite their differences.

I think it happened pretty early on. Max might not have admitted it to himself, but his almost instant hostility towards Iago makes sense if it was because he was feeling guilty about how much he actually was attracted to the new guy on the block.

I think Max started to have strong feelings for Iago after he kissed him for the first time. From that point on, he was drawn to him and he fought his feelings for Iago. At the same time, Enric wanted an open and carefree relationship, which was something Max really didn't want.
Iago, on the other hand, was willing to give Max what he wanted. . .true commitment. I think Iago helped Max see that his relationship with Enric was one he did not want.

How do you think Max is doing without Beni?
It's unfortunate that finding some sort of job success has changed Beni so much - I really liked his relationship with Max. And Max obviously loved having his father around. So as much as Max loves Iago, he must be missing Beni some.

Max and Beni has a scene together yesterday. It's posted on You Tube. The English translation is not posted yet. www.youtube.com/watch?v=mS690RZ4YKAFrom what I could tell and doing a rough internet translation: Beni has a new girlfriend. I think she is a Max replacement for Beni. He introduced her to everyone in Peris. To me, she didn't look happy! She goes to the bathroom. In walks Max. Peris tells him about Beni's girlfriend. Beni then tells Max her name is Sonia, she's in the bathroom, but asks him to stay so he can introduce her to him. Max tells him no. Beni asks Max how he is, and Max tells him he is happy. Max asks Beni how he is doing and Beni, of course, says he's okay. Max leaves. Max is seen at the squatter's house and he is telling them his encounter with Beni and his new girlfriend. My impression: Max is still angry at Beni for treating Iago the way he did. He is not ready to forgive Beni and act like nothing happened. However, he does look a liitle sad. Beni is putting up a brave front, but he is hurting. I think he wants Max back, but doesn't know how to go about it; or, should I say his willingness to do what it takes. My advise to Beni, "STAY AWAY FROM CLARA AND HER ADVICE!!!" Iago listened to Max talk about Beni. He looked unhappy. He knows how much Beni means to Max and how hurt Max is right now. |

I love Max, he's adorable. He's the kind of guy we all wish was our boyfriend, sweet, understanding, loving, and supportive. I wish Max, Beni, and Iago could make a peace and get along.

Max was on briefly today. From what I could internet translate, Clara offered Max an olive branch and he didn't take it.
She asked him to have dinner with her. . .even Iago was invited! Max turned her down.
