Doctor's Diary (help from German speaking)

Ok I found online a music video for Marc and Gretchen from the show Doctor's Diary. Which I heard is basically Bridget Jones as a doctor. The looks fun and exciting, I love the chemistry between Marc and Gretchen. From the episodes I have found online, I can kinda figure out what is being said. But since I don't know a word of German I'm completely lost. I was wondering if anyone who speaks German or watches the show can tell me what is going on. It would be a lot of help, I'm going crazy not knowing.
