Aussie54, I could never! XD I'm too busy rolling on the floor, laughing at your creative use of emoticons! *hugs* I will get to it at some point, we'll just have to wait to see when.
Harmonium, I agree that the Veoh uploading is important in the sense that I (a) already uploaded 8 of the clips there, (b) it's permanent and (c) it allows people who shy away from YouTube to see the story as well.
But I'm now debating whether to upload all the clips to Veoh as well, or just the first 9 (+additional clips) that weren't uploaded with hard-coded subs.
[ETA:] Nevermind, just remembered I had promised to upload all the clips to Veoh. No debate then.

matan4il Hahaha! Dearie, I think it's really up to you to do whatever you feel it's best to your advantage.

*nods* Yes. Except, I'm obviously an idiot, because as we speak I'm being talked into writing some Arthur/Merlin fanfic... :X

I was talked into it. Like I said, I'm an idiot. But I am enjoying it more than I thought I would (my initial reluctance to see it was over the fact that it seemed similar to certain shows which were utter crap). And of course, there's also its being just so freaking gay. If you want, I can point out a summary of just how gay the show is...

lucrece & matan4il I have heard that the relationship between the leads in Merlin is pretty ambiguous especially how the actors acted out. Guess it is true. But I can't stand ambiguity and it's 100% they won't make Merlin gay. Hahahhaa.

Merlin looks interesting to me.... it's on my to-do list. I love those types of shows. And the guys look hot. I'll guess I'll have to bump it up a few notches!

Harmonium, it's about the gayest non-gay show out there. This explains it better than I could - blog.pxe.co.il/afterivri/tag/merlin/In fact, it's so gay, I'm pretty sure it should be featured on TGODT. Darcolover55, I'm so glad I wasn't drinking anything while I read your comment. XD Bonobochick, sorry. It was a passing comment, I didn't mean for it to evolve into a discussion. So back on topic: Since I don't know when I'll be able to upload the next clip of Amir and Harel's story (I'll post an explanation why in a moment on the main thread), I'm gonna try and upload a (thankfully much shorter) clip of Ran and Yochai. Would people want me to link it here once I do?

I keep forgetting whether I was updating about the Veoh uploaded vids here or on the main thread, but anyway... We are now all caught up, and ALL 12 parts are available on my Veoh account... www.veoh.com/users/matan4il1976Also, if anyone wants any of the additional clips to be uploaded there with hard-coded subtitles, let me know here, okay?

Thanks, Matan4il. It was nice to watch it again - it's always clearer on my monitor on Veoh than YouTube.

1. I really hate posting on a thread right after my own post! How uncomfortable is that? Or is it just me? 2. I've uploaded clip #14 to Veoh. 3. I'm taking it from the lack of response that it's okay if I don't upload any of the additional clips to Veoh with hard coded subs. Have a good day, everyone...

I like watching the Veoh clips, but I tend to hang out at YouTube. If it's easier to sub-title the clips at YouTube and just post the unsub-titled clips at Veoh, that may be the way to go. Whatever is easiest for you.

You sweetness. I'm now subtitling and hard-coding the clips (i.e., integrating the subtitles into the movie file itself) offline, before I upload the clip, so the site I upload to doesn't matter. The only question is whether there is an interest in my subtitling, hard-coding and then uploading the additional clips to Veoh, or whether seeing them on YouTube, despite the subtitles not being hard-coded, is enough. I gathered from the lack of response that the answer was no...? Moment of personal confession: I really, really hate coming to the board and seeing my name showing up as 'last post' on so many threads. It makes me feel all awkward, self-conscious and like I should put down the keyboard and step away from the internet. Does anyone else get that way from time to time? D: Or am I being particularly weird?

If you go to the homepage and look at the right under last post, you will see 'cttgsr' under 'brothers and sisters, general hospital: night shift, poll thread, and the gayandhappy.com forum, occasionally, you will also see 'cttgsr' under vl and other shows.

D: Or am I being particularly weird? I think it's very common to have that feeling that we've killed a thread dead. It was a standard joke at the first message board I used to post at. Everyone dreaded being the last person to post ... ;D If you can, don't worry about it. Especially at the moment, when everyone seems to be busy elsewhere. Often people just drop in, read quickly and leave without posting. And someone has to be the one having the last say (threads can't always go on forever) ... or sometimes doubling up posts before anyone else gets around to posting their thoughts. Anyway, Happy New Year! I hope everyone has a bright and prosperous 2009, even though the signs aren't all that good at the moment. Perhaps it can only get better from here.

Cttgsr, I'm so glad to hear you liked it! Thank you for letting me know. And big hugs for being my partner in self-consciousness! Aussie54, that's it precisely, the feeling like you've killed a thread! "There, I said something so remarkably dumb that everyone's astounded and fleeing for their lives"... Thank you, your replies help, so I'll try to get over myself. It really feels differently when you know you're not the only one feeling this way. *MWAH* And a HAPPY, MERRY AND GAY NEW YEAR TO YOU TOO!

We're partners haha What you said to Aussie54, that is how I feel sometimes, I do feel like I kill a lot of threads because I may have said something totally dumb and people are probably astounded by it, and don't want to talk to me.
