Oh, I'm doing great thanks. It's good to see you around. I hope all is well. I'm looking to feature this in my next column so hopefully more people will discover it that way.

this show is so. damn. good.
i'm really glad i checked it out when i saw it on the blog page. though just only following the gay storyline, i bet the whole show is good, and would definitely watch if it was available in the US.
many thanks to matan4il for bringing it to us. ^^

Anthony, it's good to see you too! And that would be so cool. I would love to read the column when you write about The Ran Quadruplet. Just send me a link, 'k? Softfurbear and Harmonium, you're darlings. Thank you! Dalia, so glad to hear you're enjoying the show. Yay for the blog page and spreading the word! I'm very appreciative of that. When I started translating 'Til the Wedding, I was sure that 3 people excatly will be watching it, including myself. It's lovely to know people like the Israeli gay storylines and are sharing the shows. So thank you! And I'm not objective, I'm madly in love with the entire show, so yes, I think it's overall insanely good, definitely. I might try to upload an extra bit here and there for you, stuff that isn't about Eytan. Obviously, it won't be posted here, but you'll be able to find it on my YouTube channel.

Thank you so very much matan4il and harmonium. Can't tell you how much I love this series. The actors are simply out of this world. They really make you feel for the characters. Wonderful.

Yeah! I love this show (as I have a soft spot for Israeli guys). I find it pretty underrated over here at the board since no one really give discussion about it. I think this show is one of the more realistic storylines I've ever seemed. And the actors did a fantastic job at portraying the characters. By the way, matan4il mentioned that season 2 is showing now if I'm not wrong. Can't wait for it!

Thanks again matan4il and harmonium. Holy cow! What time is that show on? Late evening I presume. At the moment though, I am feeling so sad for Erez. The pain on his face at the end...

Yehonathan is the 3rd guy in the threesome. That is his real name. His character name is Nadav.

Neand48, I'm happy to do this, you know it! And I'm also very thankful to Harmonium for updating the thread here. The show's second season hasn't started airing yet, but it's about to. There's a cover story about it in Israel's leading entertainment magazine that I was thinking about translating and posting here, but I didn't know whether people would be interested. It's an interview with the 4 actors who play the siblings. Also, there are rumors here (but I've found nothing online yet) that CBS is interested in shooting an American version of the show. Has anyone heard anything about this?

matan4il: Nice to see you pop by!! Hope you are doing well!! And about the rumoured American remake. Hmmm. Interesting. But I haven't heard anything about that. But even if they decide to do one, I bet it will be a tamer version coz I can't see the 3some scene being shown on American "free-to-air" TV. Hahhaha. But all I want to know that if the guy playing coming back for the new season? Maybe you can put a spoiler tag for your answer in case people do not want to know. Hehehehe. Thanks again!! So glad that "Til The Wedding" and "The Ran Quadruplet" are renewed!! I seriously can't wait for Harel to grace on my youtube screens!!

There's a cover story about it in Israel's leading entertainment magazine that I was thinking about translating and posting here, but I didn't know whether people would be interested. It's an interview with the 4 actors who play the siblings. I know I'd love to read it. Maybe GayTime could post it in The Blog. Then we'd all get to see/read it. But I know translating is a pretty time-consuming endeavor. So you decide. I'm a gazillion kilometers away from any rumour mill, so I can't help you there. I thought I'd take a few of lines of your screen to explain why I so love Til the Wedding and The Ran Quadruplet. First and foremost: the actors; everything rings true. Second: the writing; ( assuming your translation is 100% accurate ;D) powerful without going overboard. The words have a real life sound to them. I or people I know would have talked like that in similar situations. Third: the age; I appreciate the fact these stories deal with older individuals, individuals I can relate to. There are LGBTs over 30 in real life ... yes indeed. Continue your exceptional work. Forever grateful, JF

Thanks matan4il and tks softfurbear for posting. I've run out of superlatives to describe this show (and my dog-eared ROGET'S NEW POCKET THESAURUS can't help me anymore). I'm speechless... JF

Totally agree. I thought for several past episodes now that Eytan wasn't in love with Erez, so I was waiting for this relationship to end. It's sad for Erez, but better for Eytan.

The pain on his face at the end... :'( Not sure when the show is on, but it's no big surprise really to see more explicit scenes than most American television would show. Israel has some interesting dichotomies. One interesting tidbit is Arab Palestinian) and Jewish gay men atleast when I was there back in the 80's, used to cruise/hang out in the same areas. A joke with one was that if the Gay guys were the diplomats there would be peace and love between Israel and the Palestinians YEARS ago! Israelis, especially Kibbutzniks are kinda known for being erhm...sexually active...at least, again, back in the 80's when I was there for school one summer. I could go on for hours, I think, but this is enough for now....if not too much...
