I'm glad Calvin drew his line in the sand. Sometimes you have to be clear about what you want and if the other person can be in the same place, then at least you know where you both stand.
Coming out is terrifying for all of us but once you're out, no one should make you feel wrong for not wanting to go back in.
Calvin has fought hard to be out and he's been with grant for 3 months and not wanting to lie and hide his relationship is normal. When you hide something that is so important to you life, you inevitably start to resent it and that wouldn't have been good for either of them.
It's going to be a struggle for Grant but coming out on campus is a lot easier than coming out in the big wide world and he has a lot of support so as long as he and Calvin stick together, they'll get through it.
Evan will always have their back.

Really loved it.... I thought the dancing was a great way to come out.

Really loved it.... I thought the dancing was a great way to come out. Sorry amber I wouldn't go as far as saying that I loved it... I liked it. The dancing was a nice touch, but then I remembered Ste and Jamie dancing together in Beautiful Thing, and how much that scene had moved me. Greek's not so much.

Ah, I get what you mean. And of course I agree with you: Ste and Jamie dancing together beats Grant and Calvin's easily. I just loved it compared to everything we've seen of them so far... Hey, I'm just easily pleased. ;D

And remember his meeting Grant's girlfriend?
I'm not really a Grant fan in general. I think Calvin can do better. I like Calvin a lot and I still hold out hope that he and Heath will find their way back to one another before the show ends.

The way Calvin looked at Grant with so much love in Doblers after the game, my heart just swelled. Yay. I think Calvin has tried to deal with being gay in the frat by mostly not drawing attention to himself and not making a big deal out of things but the Calvin from first semester would have already smacked the freckles off of homophobe "That's gay" red head long ago. Good that Grant has come out roaring like a lion and can remind Calvin that defending yourself isn't the same thing as doing a gay pride parade procession through the frat house showers (not that there is anything wrong with that ) Also, shout out to Yani Gellman (resident gay of Y&R) for his role as cute boy Omega targeted by Miss Ashley.

Grant asking him to dance in front of everybody was his way of coming out let me know that he really cares about him and that he doesn't want to mess that up, because he has something with a great guy and if i was listening right there is another closested frat brother "Marco".. But it would be interesting if this Marco character actually comes out and there will be 3 gay frats in the house.. I know that this has nothing to do with Greek.. But when they mentioned his name at least 3 times and in relation to coming out my mind shot right over to Marco from Degrassi..

Hey, as much as I like actor Gregory Michael, I don't like his character Grant... or is it past tense? Well, after 3x13 I like Grant a bit, but still praying for a Calvin+Heath reunion story... I loved how Spitter tried to make them spend some time together... best moment for me this year in Greek

That's excellent news. I'd love to see the show focus more on the Juniors. I know Casey's going to law school so she'll be sticking around but Rebecca, Calvin, Grant, Beaver, Rusty, Heath, Dale and Cappie, I love them. Great news

From what I heard, the Season 3 Finale will be Spring Break, so I would assume that everyone will still be around for Season 4 All good with me...

Great episode for Calvin and Ashley I am LOVING Rusty and Katherine. OMG! I love getting to see more layers to her. And did I hear her say she's going to Law School (like Casey???)
I would love to see Katherine and Rusty's in goofy geek love.
Grant had me cracking up and he did look hot in a geek chic funky way. I have been saying for 3 years that Calvin is an up tight gay!!
I love that he's willing to meet Grant half way and try to stretch out f his comfort zone just like he's been asking Grant to do.
I love that Ashley and Rebecca are always there to kick Calvin in the but when he's being overly critical and scaredy pants about being "too" gay.
Poor Even. That Rebecca is just damaged and should really have a DANGER WILL ROBINSON! sign on her head when it comes to boys.
Sigh...

OMG! I have been waiting 3 seasons to see Calvin look relaxed and happy at a party. I'm loving Calvin and Grant. Sexy and sweet and fun.
Calvin dancing and flirting was a joy to watch.
I'm really loving the effect being with Grant is having on Calvin. He's loosening up and enjoying himself and getting to know other gay folks while still being himself (Ooops, Too Far! TEE HEE) and still being dedicated to the house.
I also love how he and Evan still push each other to be better men and do the right thing but love each other regardless.
Beaver all alone in a wagon? Where was Heath? Was he being taken to Heath. That's what I'm calling.
Heath and Beaver sitting in a tree!

The scenes with Calvin & Grant were interesting. I am not totally surprised they broke up but I am glad it was a realistic reason and not some contrived plot point that came out of nowhere (i.e. Fisher being a cheating asshole). And the writers threw in a Heath & Calvin moment. Hmmmmm.
As much as Evan bugs me 90% of the time, I do like his relationships with Calvin and with Rebecca. Flip side, my love for Rusty when the show first started has waned to almost constant irritation at the sight of him.

WE LOVE SOAPS TV #18 Scott Evans & Gregory Michaelwww.welovesoaps.net/2010/03/we-love-soaps-tv-18-scott-evansgregory.htmlWhat is bizarre about the two interviews is that they didn't talk about Gays of Our Lives Event at all. Damon seemed obsessed with Scott's emotional state. It's weird that they didn't asks them about the panels or what was happening at the event or why they chose to attend. Sigh...
