I just love the whole show - thank god for YT cos it would seem that we brits are not gonna get any more than season 1 over here.
I KNOW! I am still waiting for S2 to appear on Channel 4. Well, I have my DVD on pre-order and I shall spend an entire weekend watching it from beginning to end. I am glad that I can follow Kevin and Scotty on YT, but as I watched the entire first series I would like to see the whole thing even though I love these two the most.
Let us be lovely And let us be kind Let us be silly and free It won't make us famous It won't make us rich But damnit how happy we'll be! (Edward Monkton channels my brain!)

This is awesome! I'm a huge fan of Luke Macfarlane, have been for two years now! I was sooo glad when he became a regular for S3 ;D Kevin and Scotty are my all time fave gay tv couple! They are soulmates, perfect for each other!
You don't fall in love with somebody because they're beautiful. They are beautiful because we love them.

I had heard of theshow and had maybe watched the odd clip here and there....so I had a ridiculous amount of time on my hands so i decided to watch the entire Kevin-scotty s/l on YT....LOVED it.... It is nice to see a gay couple on American TV given the same amount of airtime, and not being censored. ATWT and other American soaps that are thinking of having a gay couple should take a page from these guys books...
All in all here is a new fan.....I will prolly be DVR'ng the new season... ;D

Finally this show got their deserved sub-forum! I love the relationship the two share together. So domesticated and lovey-dovey. And Scotty will make such good husband and partner! Can't wait for season 3! I want more Scotty and Kevin.

This is always the hazard of a show with an ensemble cast. They do end up with very fast-paced, short snippets.
Especially since this was a season opener I think they wanted to set the dramatic tone early. Kevin and Scotty aren't drama at the moment. They're happy newlyweds. So for that reason they just had a brief scene to establish where they stood in their relationship.
The big issue was Kevin and Tommy, and Kitty and Sarah, so that's where the dramatic focus went. I think Matthew did a very good job conveying Kevin's emotions. Balthazar rather less so with Tommy. He uses that same exasperated tone and facial expression in almost all of his scenes.
Scotty at least is more of a person in the episode than Julia, who got less airtime than the Lucite whale did.
I know they were establishing the family conflicts, but they still could have shown them a bit more. Walkers being always in the middle of a crisis it would be quite refreshing to show something else. And I just dislike when they show others agonising endlessly about some stupidity and almost nothing about Kevin and Scotty.
