The third BTS video has been released (no subs): I know this is a weird thing to say but I'm glad they were actually wet after standing in the "rain". It always annoys me when I see shows have rain scenes and the person is literally standing outside where no drop of water visibly touches them.

This was me when I watched this scene. I just know I'm going to have side-couple syndrome... again!

Seems like a weird time to be putting this video out. It's the cast's first costume-fitting photoshoot. English subs included:

I have only watched the first 3 episodes so far - but have to say that this one so far has been a real gem. It mines the old tired Thai-trope of the College BL Romance but makes some rather bold choices that significantly refresh the trope. First, the 2 main boys (Fiat and Leo) become boyfriends in the first episode - no tiring 9 episodes of will they/won't they, followed by like half an episode of the boys paired up officially. Second, it tackles some very mature topics in a way that I haven't seen before in the Thai dramas (or rarely anywhere else). Some thoughts:
1. Fiat (played by First Chalongrat Novsamrong) is very pretty. His home life is a mess (with an overbearing father and a step-mother and half-sister). He has been in love with his best friend since at least High School (and realistically probably long before then) - but the perceived rejection by the friend (Leo) led to a downward spiral into a journey of physical gratification with a series of lovers without emotional attachment (though clearly one of those lovers felt much more). All of this has understandably led to him being insecure and emotionally fragile - making it difficult for him to connect with Leo now that they are actually boyfriends. I liked that Leo and Fiat were both on the basketball team (and that the team is very supportive of Leo's plan to get Fiat to date him).
2. Leo (played by Ja Phachara Suansri) is really handsome - and I think will transition into boyishly handsome as he gets older (and likely will have a long career). I think his character is a nice juxtaposition with Fiat - he is also insecure but it comes from his lack of experience with romance, sex and relationships. He makes up for it by being fiercely protective of Fiat once he decides that he wants to be with Fiat. I also like that he is very explicit in his thoughts that he really wants to be intimate with Fiat - he just is a bit uncertain about how to show Fiat that he is ready for it (the bedroom scene where they were both thinking about how much they wanted to make out with each other but were prevented by their own insecurities was so real).
2a. I had no idea that First and Ja have acted together in so many other BL dramas (I cannot believe that I didn't notice them in the background in those shows).
3. Fiat and Leo have good chemistry - the few intimate scenes so far have been really good. Their kisses look real - not some lame lets press our lips together for a second in the most awkward way possible. I especially enjoyed both scenes where Leo initiated kissing that were interrupted by other people - it was a nice mix of teenage awkwardness, intimacy, and surprise. The first interruption occurred after one of the most unusual scenes I have ever seen in a Thai drama - Fiat being caught masturbating in Leo's bedroom by Leo. Fiat's acting was spot-on - I could believe that he was actually self-pleasuring himself and then the panicked fleeing after being caught. I am not quite sure that I would have reacted quite like Leo did after chasing Fiat down.
The second scene that shocked me was Leo walking in to find Fiat examining the gift from the twins. I am actually amazed that the Thai censors hadn't censored the sex toy (they are usually pretty heavy-handed with censoring any alcoholic beverage or other vice). Leo's rather cheeky willingness to test it out was delightful - and the two of them looked really good together wrapped up in bed.
4. The corrosive nature of social media - this was explored quite a bit in Fish Upon the Sky - but I think this show has shown it in a much darker light. I liked that Fiat puts up a pretty brave face about the communal discussion/rumor spreading about his relationship with Leo - but that it really tears him up inside. The blackmail issue is dark but good drama and sets the stage for a lot more drama to come hopefully.
5. Leon is adorable. When he is introduced to campus through the chat rooms/blog etc. they make a strong point that he is willing to date anyone regardless of gender, but boy his interactions with women are problematic and he deserved to be slapped. The relationship between Leon and Pob is still very much early days - so it is hard to tell whether they will be really good together. (Though after Fish Upon the Sky - I really don't need another pair of brothers both chasing after boys).
6. The Twins - I actually thought they were played by one actor until I explored mydramalist and realized they were actually twins. There are a couple scenes where one twin (I think Tho) looks several inches taller than the other - which made me think it was some weird green-screen insertion of the same actor.
Edited - I actually had watched through ep 3 not ep 2.

When they were in TharnType I was hoping that they would actually get a spin-off, cause you could see how Leo felt about Fiat in TT even though it wasn't said aloud yet. Leon and Pob's storyline aside I think Leon is quite charming. I was curious about the sex toy as well. Many series blur out a cigarette or alcohol but all I could do was chuckle when I saw it.

I watched season 1 of Tharntype but haven't gotten around to season 2 yet - were they more in season 2, because I just don't remember them.
Episodes 4 and 5 continued to impress. They were all surprisingly nonchalant about kidnapping the guy blackmailing Fiat. I probably don't want to know what the twins and Chika did to him after they left. Then they have a whirlwind drama of Fiat and Leon thinking that Pob was interested in Leo - which was actually kind of nice seeing Fiat and Leon starting to figure out how to work together. We get Fiat and Leo having beautiful bedroom scenes in two episodes in a row (and unlike the long standing habit of British Soaps - both boys managed to get their shirts off during their making out). I especially have to give Ja a lot of credit - he really gives his all in those scenes, whereas I think First is maybe a little more hesitant about it (he tends to be a bit more passive - just laying on the bed). They both do a really good job though of portraying contented lovers in the aftermath. Wrapping up the Pob mess by having him wanting to talk to Leo about a donation to the orphanage was an interesting twist (and a relief for both Fiat and Leon).
I kind of half expected when watching the blackmailer's scenes that the next drama was going to be Fiat's reconciliation with his father and step-mother (and perhaps also a little drama with the in-laws?), so it was a surprise to have first the Pob diversion, and then a dreadful ex from the past rearing up just before the start of their first basketball game of the season. What University would allow a player from an opposing team to just march into the locker room of the other team?
While I enjoy Fiat and Leo, I have to agree with Antistatic - I am already ready for a spin-off focusing on just Leon and Pob. (though is it me or does the jer the cat not really seem to like Pob at all? Or is this just a standoffish cat?)

(though is it me or does the jer the cat not really seem to like Pob at all? Or is this just a standoffish cat? *Just a head's up. I mention a scene from ep 6 not a very important scene but a funny scene. Not much of a spoiler.* I thought the same thing about Jer the cat. I'm more of a dog person but I feel like every chance the cat got he'd avoid Pob altogether. I don't want to spoil season 2 of Tharntype but yes they very much are aside from the main characters they have their fair amount of screen time. So the only way you wouldn't see them in season 2 would be if you didn't watch it at all lol. I like the love-hate relationship between Fiat and Leon. One scene I especially like is when Fiat and Leo are sitting on the couch and Fiat mentions Leon and says something to nature of Leon being annoying ( don't remember exactly what he said). But then the following scene is Pob and Leon walking and then he sneezes and " Someone's gossiping about me. Damnit Fiat" (something like that) I just thought that was funny. They love to hate each other. When you mention British soaps the first thing that comes to mind is Hollyoaks, Emmerdale, and Casualty. All of those shows have disappointed on more than one occasion with how it handled a gay storyline.
