While the entire teaser was about them at the beach, I doubt they will actually spend the entire episode at the beach (not every BL is like WRU who ran into covid production issues), so I am guessing they are focusing the teaser at the beach to hide the curveball they will throw in the second half of the episode. My guess, the parents demand they break up or Pran's mom cuts him off unless he transfer abroad (the usual trope in BL of one of the partner leaving the country for a few years, then a time skip to when they are back together).

Easily the best BL I've seen in the past year. And while I still have a few on my list to knock out, this easily top 10 BL's I've seen... if they stick the landing which I have little doubt they will.

This episode was an amazing send off to their relationship. While they act like they are running away and this is their honeymoon, they both subconsciously know that this escape won't last, and they would need to go back and face the real world where there is an unbreakable feud between their family. You can see it both in their lack of plan (even from the ever diligent planner Pran) and their lack of food/money/supplies. Not to mention even the use of the term "honeymoon" usually imply an brief escape from real life. It all parallels with Junior's refusal to move with his moon. He knows it is inevitable, fights against it constantly, but still went along with it in the end due to family. I also love that this plays into the phrase they keep using: "From two people who can't be friends to two people who can't just be friends". They know they can't be together, and they know they can't be *just friends. So it is not surprising that they weren't even able to stay as friends after breaking up, and probably avoiding each other. Seeing each other constantly trying to act as friends would probably be too painful for the two I am so happy that it is looking like we are getting WeiKorn, but I wish there was more scenes to set that up instead of it all happening in the background Their love for eachother is everything!!!!!!! This was a great episode...but wait; they break up next episode and there will be a timejump? Please let them end up togheter!!!! I think this beach trip was a final rebellion, knowing they will have to break up after this because they value their family. It is why Pat was so fixated on permanency, like the job, and wanting to do anything he can to extend the "honeymoon". I am still trying to figure out the purpose of the time jump. The feud between the family isn't going to be resolved by giving it time. We already know the parents can hold on to the grudges for years. Unless one of the two parents pass away during the time jump, the situation remains the same if they get together years later.

Well played GMMTV - well played. Rile up most of the BL fandom with a promo for a disastrous breakup only to make an episode that was almost as amazing as the last one. For a show that I thought was going to be one quickly forgotten after first seeing the trailer - it really just blew past any and all expectations I had and will likely be one that I find time to re-watch every so often. I knew Ohm had it in him - he is a tremendous actor (He's coming to me and to some extent Make it Right both showed that). I admit though that I never really was that impressed by Nanon - this show did a lot to change my opinion; he is in the same league as Ohm. Edited to add - I am glad Pa and Ink got to steal the show for a little bit - they really need a spin-off series

Welp, they stuck the landing! This just cemented itself into my top 5 and that last episode left me grinning like an idiot. I can honestly say, I couldn't be happier with this show and it has easily become the benchmark. I was already a fan of Ohm since watching He's Coming to Me but now I have to be on the lookout for Nanon as well because they both gave amazing performances this entire series.

The entire show was amazing and I knew they were still together as soon as they started with 4 years later in Singapore. There is no way they would do a time jump with out showing the break up first. Like it is possible for PatPran to break up and Pran moves to Singapore, but no director will skip directly to 4 years later without at least a quick flashback to the breakup to set the scene. As soon as they showed that, I knew it was a giant trick by Aof. I become more and more convinced the longer they try to pretend they separated cause they basically left no time for a reconciliation.
Either way, the finale is very PatPran, so I'm still happy about it. I am happy InkPa is now publicly together, just to further show that Pat's parents aren't homophobic, just against the next door neighbour. One thing I wish they added was a montage of PatPran being horrible at keeping their relationship private and the parents being purposefully ignorant of reality. Like blaming a neighborhood cat when Pat make noise on the roof or blame a loud TV drama when hearing PatPran talking upstairs. It would be funny and fit with the tone of the show
