Going into episode 7, I was mildly excited to see how they were going to end this - I probably should have lowered my expectations. While they cleared up the Josh-Bryce-Bart triangle with Josh deciding that he would rather see his best friend happy, they left the Bart-Bryce side of the triangle messy. I didn't quite get the impression from Bryce's conversations with his Dad that he was leaving for the states never to return - it really sounded more like, come visit us for a few weeks, so I didn't quite get Bart's leap to this was break-up. That was not helped at all by Bryce staying quiet and the body language of a person who was looking everywhere but Bart and not chasing after him. (Bryce was oddly quiet during Josh's peace overture as well). The second part of episode 7 I found confusing was Bart's sadness at home - I kind of feel like there might be deleted scene somewhere where Brendalynne had her own tantrum about the fact that Edward was interested in Bart and not her, followed by her return home. The interaction between Brendalynne and Bart in episode 8 kind of felt like she was trying to make up to him as well. I didn't like the voice-over monologues as Bart and Bryce voice their feelings. I would rather have had them actually talk things through - maybe they were having audio problems on set and this was their solution? No sign of Edward at all in the 2 episodes It looked like Kurt had a blast filming the show - I don't normally watch the making of/blooper real stuff - but did this time.
