I watched the finale, so I'm going to put my one major reaction in spoiler tags. I cannot believe that was how Tan decided to propose! I would have said no so freakin fast, but their relationship was built out of the stress of constantly being scared for their lives so I guess it makes sense for them. Like, you just scared me half to death, but sure I'll marry you. Hopefully their marriage will be able to survive without the added adrenaline from being in constant fear of their lives.
Also, the scenery at the very end was breathtaking.

I agree. I think in the end I was more invested in the puppy couple than I was with Bun and Tan! As it happens, their story does continue in the novel 'Transplant', which is a direct sequel to 'Manner of Death'. I'm not sure if this is the same novel that is currently being mooted for MOD2. All I know about the proposed sequel is that it will feature Bun and Tan getting involved in another life-and-death mystery which will take place in Bangkok.

I think the resolved anything too quickly, but that is kind of expected since they didn't leave themselves much time after putting in twists after twist. I agree that was an awful way to propose. Also, haven't they only known each other for like a month or two? It barely feel enough time to become a serious relationship, much less marriage.
I hope that if they film the second book, they will adjust it so it takes place in the same city. There are already too many series that take place in Bangkok, and it would mean a lot of the current characters won't show up.

My thoughts (highlight to read): About the only plus to the proposal was that it allowed their "sons" to play a role in it. I probably would have smacked Tan and stormed off. Things I liked in the final episode:
1. They gave Rungtiwa the rope to hang herself in terms of the murder of her sister. The phone virus to cause the upload when she attempted to delete the file was actually really clever - though how they had enough time to set that up is beyond my ken. 2. Jane was vindicated - her evidence brought all of the bad guys down. I especially liked that the District Attorney being brought down by Nam and his bitemarks (what an evil man) 3. Inspector M ended up not evil and appears to have started a thing with Dr. Oat (may that be explored in much detail if there is a season 2). I don't know how Inspector M was able to get up from the Hospital bed let alone fight his bad colleague - the number of shots was pretty excessive too. Inspector M looked really hot when he stormed into the school's computer lab to arrest the Chief. 4. That and Sorawit continued to be a delight - a very supportive couple (though I think their role models might have rubbed too much off on them - as they both have developed a serious taste in attempting to sacrifice oneself for the other)5. I Think this is the best acting that either Max or Tul have ever done - I doubt I will ever re-watch Bad Romance, and the pair of Together with Me series are a maybe in terms of re-watching. I do think I will re-watch this one in the future. (I didn't think this one was spoilery Sorry - I have no idea how to do the spoiler tag

1. I think everything here was just plot driven. The final result required Tan/Bun to survive the meeting, Rung to get away, and Rung to delete the video. The fact that it requires Rung to delete the video is just leaving it up to chance since she could easily have destroyed the phone like that inspector did with the SD card. Also, why didn't Tan/Bun make a copy of the video. They claim there is no point cause the bad guys plan on kill them at the meeting, but there is no downside to making a copy in case Rung actually destroyed the phone 2. Was Jane ever actually slandered? She got her revenge, so I am happy for her 3. In the forest, you can see Inspector M was still somewhat injured after killing his coworker. The thing I find annoying is that Inspector M looked completely fine when storming the computer lab, which must take place shortly after the forest fight, when he was still clearly injured. 4. Agreed. They are like a younger version of Tan and Bun. While I was glad to see them together in the forest fight, it was really unnecessary to have Sorawit there at all.
For spoiler tag, you just need to put [%spoiler][%/spoiler] around what you want to hide, without the %

Even though the ending was a bit rushed, I'm glad they at least covered all their plot threads. Really could have used an extra 30 minutes this episode to pace things better. The most egregious example was how fast Inspector M and his force stormed the computer room after the evidence was posted. Felt like they found the evidence, were tracked down by Tung, and counter tracked down by Inspector M and his force in a matter of 5 minutes. I gotta say, the actor who plays Rungtiva really pulls off that stressed/shocked face really well. And man do I want a Sorawit and That series even if only a small one. We also got a cute scene with the Inspector and Dr. Oat which was nice since we rarely get many scenes of him out of uniform and acting like your every day person. Also, that proposal was great lol. Adreneline pumped and dangerous just like the environment in which they developed their relationship to begin with but this time without the actual danger. If had been other couple I'd find that excessive. I do wonder how they faked that pistol whip in front of Bun so well though.

For spoiler tag, you just need to put [%spoiler][%/spoiler] around what you want to hide, without the % With the second point - I did not mean to imply in any way that she was slandered, I meant vindicated in that she was fighting for what she believed was right and in the end the people who she was trying to expose were exposed (Vindicated in the sense of "proof that someone or something is right, reasonable, or justified" Oxford English dictionary) Thanks for the tip on the spoiler tag - that is quite nifty and slightly easier than changing the font color.

WeTV have now made all 14 episodes available for free viewing again - at least here in the UK, so hopefully that will be the case for all other countries too. Not only that, they have also made available the raw footage from two of Max and Tul's raunchy scenes. (You may want to remove the distracting subtitles before watching.) Uncut Scene 1Uncut scene 2

I wouldn't put too much stock in that interview, since both actors are obligated to be supportive of the series. Considering how both actors are already making plans outside of acting already, I think it is unlikely they will be willing to do a S2.
