Released in 2016, Grey Rainbow (รุ้งสีเทา) is part of Views of Love The Series. Season 1 with 4 episodes has ended. It is one of the best BL (Gay) Themed Series from Thailand.
Grey Rainbow tells the love of Nuer & Porsche. Nuer is the son of the owner of an elephant camp while Porsche is a law student. In university, they were dormitory roommates and close friends, each fighting against the feelings that one has for the other.

I finally got around to binge-watching this yesterday and came on here to see what everyone else thought... Not a lot by the looks of it, seeing as there are virtually no comments and the link to the final episode wasn't even added.
I have to say I really liked (most of) it. I found the story thoughtful, realistic and genuine. The two boys had nice personalities and were attractive and believable. I thought their gradual coming together was portrayed very naturally; something that is not always the case in BL stories. The cinematography was great and there was some nice mood-music added in too. In fact I was really swept up by it... until the end. I HATED the ending!
After watching three absorbing, wonderfully written episodes it all fell apart in a forced overly-soapy forth. I wasn't keen on the 'drag' scenes which sort-of implied (to me at least) that a child needs the reassurance of a mother figure to function properly (though I'm willing to admit I was possibly reading a bit too much into it by then); and then there was the scene at the wedding (don't get me started!). I suppose I could see what they were going for with the way the plot developed, but IMHO it all came across as forced and I don't think that outcome really served an actual purpose, especially as it was then immediately undermined by some further scenes that attempted to mitigate and partly neutralise what we had just seen... Dang! It's hard trying to discuss a storyline without giving away spoilers. LOL!
For anyone who hasn't watched it I DO recommend it, but only with the proviso that the ending sucks.

the general consensus from internet land is, the first part is a great movie, whilst the second is damn horrific, which i tend to agree with, its a weird thing but i do love it i have watched it many times
