1.) It's the internet. Everybody who is "internet famous" is infamous to me (that includes gaytime, nanna, ivan, etc). I tend to reserve the moinker famous for people who are famous in real life. Infamous to me just means "you might have stumbled across this name/person before" in this context. To me that was a note that in this case this was more than a nobody posting a potshot comment somewhere, but it was posted by somebody who has been involved in the fandom with some consistency.
2.) You didn't ask me either whether I wanted my name attached to your video. And for the record, I actually don't care to see my name splashed around the internet in all kinds of ways. At the same time I know it's pointless to resist that people will spread the word, because that is what the internet does. It doesn't mean that I personally enjoy it. If it were up to me I would rather not have my name stamped on anything, but I know it's an internet custom, so I have gotten weary of fighting against it and try to explain to people why I don't really like it. But again, if I had my way, I wish people wouldn't do it. (especially not in a way that makes it sound like I am endorsing whatever they put up)
3.) I post links to things that I find online (except it's kinda hard to link directly to a youtube comment). To me this constitutes typical "internet rumor". In that case I think it is important that people remember that a lot gets rumored on the internet and that everything has to be taken with a grain of salt. To me that it only fair. I don't want people to get their hopes up, maybe going there and finding out that there is nothing to the story. If you have any further information that would take this beyond "I have heard that/somebody on the internet told me" (like a newspaper article or pictures), feel free to share. Otherwise it constitutes "internet rumor" status to me, no matter how wellmeaning it might be.

Lot of drama in the past 12 hours on the board. Lolaruns and TorridGermanLove, please move further discussion of this matter to PM although hopefully the matter has been settled between you two already. But if not, PM. Now, back to discussing VL Events...

I really love Thore, but I wish my "Prolo-dar" (or country bumpkin-dar) didn't go off every time I read something about him in real life. ;D It's all good though. After all, it's not like there's anything wrong with that. Lola, I'm curious what you mean about Thore making your country bumpkin-dar go off. I mean, I know what you mean by country bumpkin, but he really doesn't give me that vibe. (Or maybe my version of bumpkins is different from yours)

No Jo, everything but not that scarf, please!!!! Yea, I am not sure what he's going for either with that scarf. It looks odd and totally misplaced with the rest of the outfit. And he made Aldebaran cry! Maybe he's trying to hide a hickey? That's the only thing I can think of that would excuse the scarf with that outfit. Outside of the scarf, he looks nice.

That he made our dear Aldebaran cry is just not acceptable. Somebody should write Jo and politely let him know. Also, it is odd and misplaced. Strange. He usually seems to have a better fashion sense than that in the pictures at fan events. That's what first came to my mind, too. BTW, thanks for the pictures Lola.

re: Jo and "Sebastian" at that fan event.
I love how it's all little girls and Grannies waiting for autographs!

re: Jo and "Sebastian" at that fan event. I love how it's all little girls and Grannies waiting for autographs! ;D The gay men mush have either been thinking "I don't want to be seen at a soap opera fan thing," or they were afraid of going all week in the knees, have language fail them, or make inappropriate passes at them. ;D

(I hope..LOL) Perhaps one of those dear, old ladies who were waiting for his autograph? Jo is so cool, I can see him putting that on for them. All-in-all, though, I didn't find the scarf terrible looking---way out of place on a summer day, but not really terrible. ;D

Extra cheesy velveeta. Hee. I mean they look like they're having fun but the photos just make me want to laugh. I like that Jo has hair on his legs!
