He's been very good in the whole series, but was excellent in that episode.

I just finished the second season as well! Totally love Keiren! With a cliff hanger like that there has to be a third season, right? More more more!

I just finished the fifth episode of season 2 -- I had no idea until now that Simon is played by Emmett Scanlan! I know that feeling, I needed quite some time too until I relaized it was him, he looks so different without the mustache and zombie-like.

Guess Brendon won't be going back to 'rescue' Ste anytime soon..... Hahahaha.....that desperate plea will never die. I just hope that maybe "In The Flesh" somehow, some way and someday in the near future gets a chance at another series, so that we AND Kieran could find out what happened to Amy.

It's interesting to note that these recent "editorials" from slash fandom based sites like Dailydot and Geekiary just started talking about the series. During its first series, some viewers had issues with it, due to not seeing more "gayness" between Rick and Kieren AND that the presence of Amy eclipsed the further relationship development between those two male characters. Now, some of these sites are using the same series as some sort of example to use against other shows like "Sherlock", "Supernatural" and the "wronged" Sterek fanbase of "Teen Wolf". "In The Flesh" has always been interesting and compelling, because they didn't treat their gay/bi male characters, female characters and all their characters as these special snowflakes out to teach the audience a lesson. It was a series about how this one particular village, family and recently PDS copes with the horrible tragedy from their past. Not just about two gay PDS in love.

That is too bad, I quite enjoyed this quirky zombie show.

That is too bad, I quite enjoyed this quirky zombie show. Well, at least the actor that portrayed Kieran is now on Cucumber, the new series from Russell Davies.

If we could decide who we loved, it would be much simpler, but less magical.

That's just wrong, it was a really good show from what I saw. I wonder why it was canceled?
