Sonja is a bad girl. I knew that she and Seb would eventually start something.
I know that the stuff with Tanja was suppose to be dramatic, but those looks that Emillo were making made me laugh. He looked like a mad man. Those teens are a mess and need to just cut their losses, but I'm glad they at least had enough sense to take Emma back.
Not knowing German, the Clarissa/Ansgar/Ludwig stuff is lost on me. I can't tell whose working with whom and who is double crossing. Plus I'm not sure if I care.
The Wolf sisters were kind of cute. I coul have done without the Tango stuff. I know it's suppose to be romantic, but its such a stiff dance, it hard to get itno and it was pretty obvious that they weren't really doing it.

I believe it was like this. Ansgar promised Clarissa shares of the fashion company (I forgot whether he promised her all or just half), as soon as she gets rid of Tanja.
Instead Tanja is making a deal with Ludwig, he'll get her 50% of the fashion company and in turn she gives him proof that Ansgar was involved in something criminal => this would allow Ludwig to kick Ansgar off the board and it allows Clarissa to get her reward earlier (since getting rid of Tanja is proving a long haul project).
The rub however is even if Ludwig can kick Ansgar off he doesn't have the right to just give Clarissa half of the company, the board has to vote to agree to give Clarissa half her company back.

Thanks, but as suspected, I don't really care.

Can someone put me out of my misery now – what is up with the three musketeers, good grief, what a waste of screen time and who was Emilo channeling with those weird faces he was making, and Timo standing there looking like a freaking idiot with the gun in his hand. Like Eli Wallach said in The Good The Bad and The Ugly, “if you are going to shoot, shoot, don’t talk”, what a letdown, I was kinda hoping Timo would just off Tanya.
There is nothing more entertaining that watching the Langstein family sit around the table and talk or the Wolf sisters sitting in bed eating junk, where is the drama here.
Sebastian and Sonia almost playing tongue hockey, ah, the sanctity of marriage and fidelity.

I said the same thing about Emillo's faces. I guess he doesn't play to the camera well.
As long as Tanja was gone right after they got married, I'm surprised he waited this long, but I guess this was the first time he didn't have Emma in tow. It's weird, because the original Seb was so much more slimmy, this one is quiet the nerd and I can't see him going to the bathroom with out Tanja giving the okay, so I'm surprised he would be hanging around Sonja.

Jessica had a funny line today.
Jessica: Maybe I'll find a guy [at the spa] to screw my brains out. > Dana looks horrified < Jesscia: What? I have a brain!
Little tidbit, there was quite a bit of outrage on the German boards because Andi had a line where he complains to Kim about Emilio not showing up for work and says that Venezuelans were like the old communist east Germany "they both didn't exactly invent work". (of course Kim thankfully verbally bitchslapped him immediately for that statement)

Thanks fro those little tidbits. I thought it was Americans that were bad mouthed, but I guess that VL likes to spread it around.
I'd love to say I liked the show, but the kidnapping is just silly. Tanja was laughing at the guys. She's obviously got more brains then the 3 of them together, but stupidity can be very dangerous.
I've come to the conclusion that Charlie has moved in with Frank. Emillo/Timo not only cleans out Charlie's fridge, but also sit around her house cutting up her magazines and making a ransom not. How lame is that?
Why don't I believe that Ludwidg/Clarissa have Ansgar in a corner. That weasel can get out of anything.
And I'm sure the Jessica stuff is suppose to be cute, but it would work better for the teens, than for people who are suppose to be working and living on their own. I guess we are suppose to chalk it up to Jessica's lack of experience being in love. And who walks into a yoga class late?
There were way too many things that made me scratch my head and it wasn't because of the language barrier.

I am sick and tired of Tanya.
Jessica has the look of love down pat, the way she looks at Daniel and I think he actually enjoys all the attention she is showering on him,
I don't know what is wrong with me but I'm enjoying the Jessica story more than anything else on the show right now, go figure.

That's because everything else is boring as heck and you don't really have to understand anything to know what going on in the J stuff.

Daniel is just weird. Half the time he looks like he wouldn't give Jessica the time of day but he laughs when she mocks his girlfriend. They really should give him more scenes where he hangs out with other characters like Dana, Olli and Andi (or job like scenes with Ricardo) because I find him completely devoid of personality lately.
I still kinda like the story because some of the lines and the situations they put Jess in are actually somewhat funny (like the pomousness of the yoga instructor), but it's really all on Jess.
One really wonders what on earth he thinks of her. Like she got naked in front of him and hit on him and he just ignored it (ok, I can buy that as him being tired/thinking that she's just trying to make trouble and doing it for the attention) and now he finds her cuddling with his sweater?

I get what you're saying. The s/l once again is completely one sided. Like I was saying before, he acted like the loathed her, but I guess now that she one the race for them she's tolerable. They acted like they were going to flesh him out a bit, showing him at the hospital and letting us see his bedside manner when he first arrived. Now he has just become a card board cutout, I guess we had to replace the one that J destroyed, who just kind of reacts to whatever J does. We don't even see him hanging around with Helena much, we did see him at the castle earlier, but are we suppose to believe that she wouldnt react to J falling into her boyfriend's arms like she did, knowing that they slept together?

Yes. Maybe this episode is a poor representation of what's to come, but it does seem like they dropped his personality development rather quickly. I mean, not that he had a particularly interesting one before that (actually that was my problem with Daniel/Helena too, that his personality was really just kinda average. Nothing really interesting/unique about it, especially with it all being squashed rather quickly by Helena luuuuuurve). But at least there was still stuff that seemed like they were trying to sell him to us, even if what they were selling wasn't all that interesting.
I think this storyline would be completely dead in the water if it weren't for Dana and Dana/Jessica being cute. Daniel really mostly seems like either a block of wood or a cheeseball these days.
I think they should have put more effort into portraying him as a good friend (like make more of his involvement with the rape story). Or give him a professional disagreement story with Ricardo. IMO that would have been a good idea regardless of whether they are trying to sell Helena/Daniel or Jessi's story.

Yes something between Daniel/Ricardo would have been itneresting, but they always seem to drop a person's prefession when it comes to love interests. Has Helena completed her community service? Frau Rieth died and so the scenes at the hospital, except for the Marlena stuff. It was always too weird them bouncing between the flatshare and the hospital. I guess they need to be more at the flatshare to establish the J/Daniel thing. In the real world, Helena wouldn't let Daniel within 10 feet of J. Like I said before, they have already slept togehter.
One day I will learn to stop putting any logic to this show. After all there's no good logic in what is going on with Tanja's kidnapping. Yeah she killed Timo's father, but from the start, we knew that this would end badly.

A block of wood is being kind. He could use some acting lessons but then again so could a lot of the cast but I just find him more tolerable when he's interacting with Jessica or Andy.
And her sorry behind should either be behind bars or six feet under.

I'd also like to know whether Helena still works at the hospital. Because right now it seems like she stayed only long enough to bag her doctor and now that she has him in the sack there is no need for her to there anymore. Even though she originally went there to do good/attone for her sins. Ricardo/Daniel would actually make good sense especially if they want to emphasize either Jessi or Helena. Like if Daniel were complaining that Ricardo is being reckless or is not doing something by the book then Helena would probably sympathize with Daniel, while Jessica probably wouldn't understand what Daniel's problem is. And if it was the other way around, Daniel being the "rebel" and Ricardo having a problem with him, then somebody like Jessica would make more sense, for her to feel sympathy for his situation. Or it could just be a gentlemen's disagreement that they fix on their own, just as a way to give them more depth. It would be really easy to construe too, like just give one of them the promotion that the other one wanted, have Ricardo complain if Daniel is late, both of them probably have done something not by the book so have the other hear about it and be against it, heck have the argue who is the captain of the hospital softball team. Either way, it would be easy to find something for them to clash about. And it's not like he's clueless like Chrolli were in the case of Rebecca. Jessica openly hit on Daniel, dropped her towel and stood naked in front of him. Errrr, isn't that the kind of thing one should maybe mention to one's girlfriend? [maybe he thinks it was just a crazy dream of his and not real ] Especially considering that Helena is kinda notoriously jealous and particularly hates Jessica? If I were Helena I would be getting on Daniel's case about finally getting his own place. As a doctor he should have the money. I really wish they would give an explanation as to why Daniel has to bunk with Andi and doesn't just rent something. Like I dunno, like he built an orphanage in San Salvador and now all his doctor earnings go into the debts he has because of that, so he has to live in poverty. At least that would make sense. The way it is Daniel just seems like a dick to me when he's boning Andi's ex girlfriend even though he's sleeping in Andi's room, maybe even in Andi's bed.

And her sorry behind should either be behind bars or six feet under. Yeah she does, but I doubt if Mo, Larry and Curly will be the one to really give her the purnishment she deserves. As far as the living arrangements, we've talked about it before, it makes not sense. It is what it is to set up the situations and we aren't suppose to think beyond that. Yes Daniel is sleeping with his brother's ex and that time that J walked in on them, probably in his bed. That must have felt weird for Helena, but we aren't suppose to think about that either.
