ok im a bit sterek (stiles & derek) fan but if i had to pick someone else to be with stiles it'd definitely be danny!! i love him!!! he deserves a better best friend then jackson! he's adorable
The truth is i find Danny/Jackson friendship very interesting, Jackson is the alpha male at his school, he is/was the captain of lacrosse team, he has a very high concept on himself, he is rich, spoiled and privileged, and he is not afraid of being mean with other students. On the other hand, Danny is liked by his coleagues, and he doesn't have any problem to tell what he think to Jackson, he likes it or not. Their relationship is different and quite interesting
Well they are more popular in fan fiction than a any other possible couple of the show. I hope next season we get a little more Danny, he is a very likeable character
Fan fiction gives you a good sign about what's popular on a show, and Sterek are very very popular, and the fact that Tyler and Dylan give constant fuel to that fan fiction it helps to keep it that way.
And yes, Danny is likeable and he is quite popular too (specially for someone with a lot less screen time than the main characters), i hope they can integrate his character more in the next season, his scenes with Stiles are very funny, and he has a nice friendship with Jackson (and that's a very interesting friendship given the contrast of persoanlities)
Yeah, it was disappointing that they didn't even mention Danny, especially since afterelton.com has made to sure to ask about him in other interviews with the directors/producers/etc. in the past.
Oh No They Didn't Blog posted a bunch of spoilers that came out of the New York Comic Con -- several of the deal with Stile's sexuality -- which may prompt some squealing from the Sterek fans.
"Teen Wolf": We've always been impressed by "Teen Wolf's" frank and inclusive approach to sexuality, and that'll continue in Season 3. This season, we'll even see at least one gay sex scene on the show, which is a rarity in teen dramas. Don't get too prematurely excited though, Sterek fans -- this particular hookup involves Danny, who we're hearing has a pretty significant role in Season 3 even though his BFF Jackson left Beacon Hills.
It would be awesome if Danny was more involved in the story lines. I really liked the episode in season 2 when Scott and Stiles went to the gay nightclub where Danny was. I also hope that they explore Stiles sexuality a little more and I really hope the story writers will make him a bisexual character. I can't wait to see how the alphas are going to make season 3 a lot more interesting. and with 24 episodes there will be plenty of time for the writers to give Danny a little more screen time (crossing my fingers that they will).
