I guess it wasn't an easy job for Jo and Jana, time pressure, location and especially the posture.

HaMarDana is really the worst suffering that the show has to offer in these days. Not only is the story lame, but acting is also not pulling it off, unlike so often before in VL's history. These scenes have just no end, I think that I only like Dana and Marlene together, otherwise there is always some "Totalausfall" in acting included. Philipp's accident story is a good example, how actors can make a story much better. VB, JH and RG did a great job this week without RW and KM. For the first time I actually liked this stuff. I found the photo-shoot okay, although there were also signs of excessive screen-time, which was used in wrong places. First two monster-long scenes felt a little bit pointless, plus JJK and Nicole Mieth are still not good actresses. Later it got much more lively again. I laughed how Charlie was put in her corner and I liked how the show confirmed that Olli is still a desirable bachelor. It would've been even better, if Olli would've hooked up with somebody from the photo-crew.

Well, I've been wondering for a while, why some people in here like that Christian is treating Theresa badly "just because", although she is good enough for him to spend time, go out and have sex. Shouldn't Christian be a better person? But today I read some comments in German forums, where people say that they actually like Christian and Theresa together, like they are, while they are a good match: two characters who have been always rather self-centred, do jerky things and don't care about other people very much. They are on the same level, so nobody is a lapdog and nobody has an upper hand, which means that it's an equal relationship and nobody has to hide his/her "true self". I find very much truth in this argumentation.

She's an adult and she doesn't like the way she's being treated then do something about it. To me Theresa has no problem with the way Christian is treating her and frankly I don't think she cares all that much. To me she's just after the sex. Christian she could care less about anything he does or says. You give what you take.

if Christian's behavior will remain the same as now, then I agree that he and Theresa are the perfect couple .. but I believe there is still a chance that the old Christian will return sometime soon

'Just sex, no emotions' is exactly what Christian and Theresa are. Nothing more, nothing less. Christian doesn't love her, and that is why I'm semi-okay with their stupid little relationship.

Olli and Jessica’s ever growing closeness makes so little sense and yet shines bright in my eyes. I don’t even feel like Jo has to carry Jana to get there; they both get there and it flows. I even tend to enjoy them more than Olli/Dana or Olli/Andi often, there, I said it. Soaps are such a weird animal.
Christian and Theresa are just not necessarily painful, but so uninteresting to watch on screen together. It’s a more believable situation than Olli/Jessica and yet so superficial (i.e., only on the surface) without even any inappropriate shine to it that I can’t even enjoy the soapiness there. I can’t even say that I hate the relationship, it’s insipid and just not engaging at all, and they both contribute equally to it as well.
I like seeing characters apart and how they are doing there, especially flat share people, but so much feels like buying time without a clear focus on the characters involved. In other words, outside plot, outside plot, and more outside plot without huge impact on the separate characters of Olli and Christian themselves – otherwise the show would at least care to have Olli voice why he doesn’t hold so much against Jessica after what happened (I have an idea that would make sense to me, especially as Olli seemed open to letting go of things right before he saw Chris with Theresa, but it’s just mine), although at least we have some emotional progression inkling occasionally with Olli. Hopefully when that focus comes back, it won’t be about dumping too much too fast.
Thanks a bunch for links and pics.

And I think it is very sad for Thore that his character is being written the same as a two-dimensional, short-term, undeveloped, tool-to-forward-the-plot character, just a piece on the chessboard.

Maybe Thore is acting down to her level. Actors tend to give what they get. She doesn't give much so he doesn't give much. He shines so much more in scenes with anyone else. I think the writing is on the wrall with Theresa. She is going up against Dana and since she is the sweetheart, she is bound to lose. I just wish that we could geet this over with, because even if she has been better with the little villian act, she's still a bore.
That's the problem wth Dana/Hagen. Dana is such a firecracker and Hagen is a bore. She gives so much in the scenes, but gets nothing back. It's got to be frustrating for her. It would be so great if Hagen was boring and straight laced when he was with Marlena and light hearted and funny when he was with Dana, then maybe you could get it. Like the scenes Ludwig had with Charlie a while back. However, he is just as boring in both cases, so you just have to wonder what she sees in him.

Thanks for the caps, Joanna. Geez, how long did that photoshoot go on for? And how many shots did they really need of Olli's face buried in her chest?! That was really awkward and almost painful to look at.
